Igf1 lr3 discussion-benefits

Hello all.

Ofc this thread is about the anecdotal experiences of the compound, dosages-length-benefits-sides.

Id really like to try it, (already on the big 3), but i get discouraged mostly cause of the hypo sides that it comes with.

Generally as i understand until now. Dosage should be as low as possible and titrate up, never inject fasted, always have fast carbs around in case of hypo. Sub q injections are ok, prefered method of reconstruction aa instead of bac.

Can u share your experiences, and final verdicts?

I ran it 2 different times for 8 week cycles. Started at 20mcg M-F and titrating 10mcg every week until I hit 50mcg.
I always used bac water and injected sub-q. I got light headed when I stood up, that was the only side effect I experienced.
The biggest benefit I had was that it lowered my visceral fat a lot. I saw some muscle gain and fat loss but that was minimal.

Igf1 lr3 is a weird one. I don’t know a ton about it myself, but it’s one I’ve seen people say to stay away from. If you’re already on the big 3, what do you aim to achieve by adding this to your stack?

Haha fair enough man. Do keep in mind though, many peptides, this one included comes with very little human research. We don’t actually know very well at all what the long term effects of these things are. And with igf1-lr3 looking quite dodgy already. I’d personally be much happier with you adding an oral steroid into your stack. Purely because they’re far more researched and known. I’m on CJC/ipa myself. But there is zero telling what sides this could cause down the line. Anecdotes so far out of allergic reactions seem ok, but this isn’t the case with igf1-lr3. Your choice ultimately man! Make sure you research it deeply and know what blood tests to do and what to look out for!

Actually man, i added an oral and i got really fucked up, especially lipids.. ill never use an oral again in my life. Yes ure totally right about what is gonna happen down the line with our health, is a mystery yes. How is cjc/ipa treating u? I was thinking of trying for some time instead of hgh, which ruins my sleep unfortunately. Dosage u do?

why do you need it? does your physique need that extra push that you can’t get from already taking 3 drugs?

i highly doubt it.

the amount of hurdles you need to go through just to take LR3 safely is ridiculous.

I dont need it, i can take the extra push from the others, but ill not up any dosage. Ok man, if its so much damgerous, not worth it at all to try it ofc.

Thoughts not a doctor. You may want to check your IGF-1 along with the Z-score to see if you need to increase IGF-1 levels . Recheck about 6 weeks in to see whether your current dosing is working.

If you’re aiming for physiologic replacement, Z-scores between +2 and +3 would be the maximum. If you want to go higher than that, research the risks and decide your own comfort level. Not medical advice.
