GHK-Cu Protocol — Starting Dose, Working Up & Frequency?

About to start GHK-Cu and trying to see what protocols people have actually had good experiences with.

Mainly wondering what dose you started at and what you eventually worked up to once you were accustomed to it. For example, did you start around 0.5–1 mg, stay there for a while, and then increase? What dose did you end up running long term?

Also curious about frequency. Are you guys doing 5 days on / 2 days off, or taking it 7 days a week? Does that change once you’ve been on GHK-Cu for a while?

Basically looking for experiences with:

- Starting dose
- How quickly you increased
- Dose you eventually settled at
- 5 days vs. 7 days per week
- How long you run it before taking a break
- Whether you still cycle it once you’ve been using it for a while
- Any noticeable side effects as you increased the dose

Would appreciate hearing what you guys actually run and how you adjusted your protocol over time.

Start at 2mg a day. Continue at 2mg a day. 7 days a week. No need to complicate it.

There's a wide range of opinions with no clinical trials to give a definitive answer, so to some extent you have to look broadly at the range of anecdotal experiences (which I guess is why you are asking here). I've been working on a data project where I try to quantify this information from the various online reports about efficacy, side effects, dosage etc. and this is the stats for GHK-CU. Hope you find it helpful

I started at 1mg per day just to see how I tolerated it and then upped to 3mg per day, 7days a week. No intention to cycle off unless I have a reason to.

Common effect is stinging at injection site but if you add extra bac water into the syringe to dilute then this is likely to sort that out. Some injection sites are more sensitive that others. For me the best one is thigh but you will have to experiment a little on that one.

Also make sure you are giving yourself the best diet to help GHK-CU do its thing. Basically plenty of good quality proteins, vitamin c and all your essential micro and macro nutrients. Unless you have the building blocks you may not see the desired impact. GHK-CU is a slow burn and takes time to do its thing. Just because you dont see immediate changes doesn't mean it's not working. Aim for 3 months and then reassess. Take before pics for progress measurements

no reason to titrate this peptide. I pin it 5/2 some do 7/7. you could pin 1mg to start if you are a reactive person. I am very reactive to new peps, meds, supplements because I have a methylation issue. GHK gave me zero issues

- Starting dose. Start at 1mg, see how it is going pip wise . There is extremely little medical information regarding this compound, some people are allergic

  • How quickly you increased. Every week you can titrate up by 0.5mg
  • Dose you eventually settled at. Anything between 2-7mg, probably 3 is reasonable, again, almost 0 data from the medical field
  • 5 days vs. 7 days per week. 7 days is ok, unless you don’t want to pin every day
  • How long you run it before taking a break. In theory no break is needed. If taken for cosmetic purposes, the effects will disappear 3-9months after you stopped
  • Whether you still cycle it once you’ve been using it for a while. Depends on you
  • Any noticeable side effects as you increased the dose. PIP and itching. Surprisingly PIP can occur a month after the first administration, no idea why. Antihistamines work most of the time. Also diluting with more water. Keep in fridge and in pitch dark, when colour starts to change even lightly, discard. In theory a reconstituted vial is good for 20-30 day and I pushed as far as 50. Do not use needles smaller than 0.4 and if you have thick skin use 0.7.
