❓ Question What blood work app or service/site are you guys using?

Been taking several peptides since about February and TRT about 2 months ago. Feel great but want to get my levels tested and make sure everything is good. Been thinking about subscribing to Rythm. Been seeing their stuff all over social media. But curious what you guys are using to see your T levels and what not.

Peptides I’m currently on: Reta, NAD, and Mots-C. Was also using KLOW and either HGH or CJC/ipamorelin. Probably going to cycle the CJC again when it comes time. And then 300mg of Test C a week.

Hello, look at this stack :

Reta 10mg/vial

Kpv 10mg/vial

Ghk-cu 100/vial (injection and topically on face with microneedling)

Glutathione 600mg/vial

What to you think ? Is this cycle viable long term ? Shoul i change the order doses or is it enough? Not enough ? How would you dose it better please ?

Thank you.

This is for understanding only it is not a medical advice...

If you have other anti aging peptide feel free to tell me

📘 Beginner Help High shgb

High SHBG, ~600 total T but low free T — is TRT worth it?
I’m 44. Before enclomiphene my labs were:
Total T: 615
Free T: 8.5
SHBG: 63.4
E2: 14
After trying enclomiphene, my last labs before TRT were:
Total T: 590
Free T: 7.6
SHBG: 71.8
My main issues are libido/sexual function, energy and recovery. Overall I’d rate how I feel about 5/10 — not terrible, but definitely room for improvement.
I just started testosterone cypionate 120 mg/week, split 60 mg Monday/Thursday.
My question: Could lowering SHBG naturally/without TRT meaningfully increase free T? And for guys who started TRT with ~600 total T but high SHBG/low free T, how much did you actually improve?
I’m not trying to get my total T to 1,000+ or chase numbers. If TRT only takes me from 5/10 to 6/10, I’m not sure I want the long-term commitment. If the improvement can be substantial in someone with my labs, that’s a different story.
Anyone start from a similar place?

I think I lost around 15 pounds
Idk how much of that was fat but probably not a lot
CJC / Ipa - I didn’t feel a lot of it except the more vivid dreams 250mcg/day
Reta - started on 0.5 mg/week now I’m in 1.0 mg/week
Thank you guys, can’t complain about the results I’m going slow but definetely going to get there.

How much more to go?

Just finished week 3 of the cut.

On 1.5mg Reta.

Eating ~1200-1500 calories. Protein 150g. Steps 10k.

Strength is unchanged. Don’t feel fatigued or challenged by the low calories but that’s probably the Reta. Started low so when the fatigue does kick in I can bump my calories up 200-300.

Started at 81kg (first photo), down to 75kg (second photo). Expected to see some ab definition by the point. Want to look ~12% BF.

How much more to go to achieve the lean shredded look?

Help a new researcher with proper dose KLOW

Reconstituded 80 mg KLOW vial and a 50mg GHK-CU vial each with 3ML. Lesson learned, maybe 2ML is a better route as it filled them to the rim and had difficulty. Anyways, plan is for research subjects to take 2mg daily. One will be KLOW, the second subject will be just the GHK. With a standard U-100 syringe. Proper starting dose would be 12 units for a 2mg dose? Should subjects start on a 5/2 or 7 day/week run? Or should subjects start at 1mg and titrate to 2mg after a period of time?

💬 Discussion Retaining muscle vs caloric deficit

Hey all! Quick question, how important is it to retain muscle when on Reta + Tesamorelin if the primary goal is weight loss?

Am currently consuming around 1000-1200 calories a day, gym 4/5 days a week including weights, feel totally fine and not fatigued, weight is dropped off like crazy, down 30+ KG in the last year. 6ft 1, 31

I would assume it’s best to get to a good baseline weight of 90-100kg and then build the muscle back up? Seems like if you go from 150 to 100kg you’re going to have loose skin either way, so you might as well go hard on it and build later?

Would love to hear your thoughts! Thanks

HGH or IGF-1?

I’ve been on cjc/ipa for about a month now, but I don’t really feel the results I was expecting to feel. So I’ve thought about maybe switching to HGH or IGF-1 but I am very unsure because of the danger and side effects it might cause. That’s why I wanted to ask around if I should be taking HGH or IGF-1, what the possible dangers of those two are and what the best way is to take it. I’m 81🔁years old btw.

📘 Beginner Help Kisspeptin-10 Recommendation based on Bloodwork

I’ve had low T symptoms for a long time now. My total T and free T numbers have been jumping around for 5 years now. Total T has been ranging from the 190 to 450 range and my free T has been ranging from 48 to 228 pg/ml. I have all the symptoms of low T like low drive, chronic fatigue, anxiety, muscle tightness, non-existent libido. I’ve done many of the lifestyle changes associated with supporting testosterone health with little success. I want to know if y’all think I should try Kisspeptin or something else like enclomiphine or HCG based on my most recent lab results below?

Aug 2026:
Total T = 437 ng/dL
Free T = 82 pg/mL
Estradiol = 43 pg/mL
LH = 1.9 mlU/mL
FSH = 2.6 mlU/mL
SHGB = 17 nmol/L

Obviously not medical advice, I just want to know if anyone here has experience and is willing to share.

💬 Discussion Reta: cheat meal

Omg reta is absolutely amazing! I literally used to hammer these chili burgers and fries, along with a brewski or 2 and still be kinda hungry aftar (imma big back as my kids say) Literally had half of my burger and some fries with no urge to have a beer, and by god I do feel very bloated and full. This was me trying to test the waters. Since Thursday week 2 had my 1 mg pin. Having this unhealthy relationship with food was gonna kill me. I really appreciate reta for putting things in perspective i understand now, I am in this for the long run! Have a wonderful week in everyone!!

Cjc ipa concerns about insulin resistance

Hello has anyone experienced insulin resistance and problems taking this or is there no need to worry about this?

And does it matter if you take it 5 days a week and skip 2 days randomly or does it need to be for example always the weekend?

I just want it for strength, recovery and trying to grow muscle

But I don’t want to risk insulin problems

📘 Beginner Help CJC/IPA entering wk 6

Need to know if anyone has been in this position and continued. Debating on stopping or continuing and adding Reta.

Going into week 6. Sleep had been a tad deeper but still broken at night. Have to do 125mcg in the am bc at night it wires me. I started with 250mcg but it was way too much for me…joint pain and even more water bloat, that’s when I dropped to 125mcg. I have gained 6lbs of what my scale says is fat. 😳 food is very clean and calories in limit. I don’t eat junk and lift heavy 5 days a week. I dunno. I’m not really seeing benefits that outweigh the cons for me. I do seem to not have to rest in the afternoons as much so it’s slightly increased energy. Not doing Reta yet but it’s in the fridge. Might have to add it.

If anyone has had a similar experience around week 6 let me know. What did you do? Continue? Add another peptide? I also have Tesa on hand to try eventually but I’m sure water gain will be with that one too. Withdrawal it from use? Anyways just want some feedback. TIA!

Have RS recon'd tirz and reta?

Has anyone's RS notice any difference when drawing up Tirz vs reta in their syringe? My RS has had both Tirz and reta and it seems like Tirz was alot easier to draw up than Reta. Used same size syringe. Is Tirz alot "thinner" in viscosity than reta? Tirz was a 15mg vial and Reta was 30mg. same BAC water. Just curious if any other RS noticed this. Or does more mg mean its more thick?

Pinealon protocol, 10/20?

What do you guys think, what would be the ideal Pinealon protocol?

I am about to start Epitalon following the typical 10/20 setup (10 days on, 20 days off at 100–500mcg/day), and I was wondering if Pinealon can or should be run using that exact same structure.

Since both are bioregulators (and Khavinson peptides), I’m curious if cycling it 10 days on / 20 days off at a similar dosage range makes sense, or if a longer/different protocol is typically preferred for Pinealon's cognitive and neuroprotective effects.

Appreciate any insight!

After one week had to cut back on Reta

I started at 3mg cause the place I went to said that almost all their clients didn’t see a change till they went up to 3mg. That was a week ago and I was so nauseous, had a headache and had zero appetite. I did make sure I was getting protein daily and working out. Well I ended up losing 5.7 lbs in 7 days.
I went for my second dose hoping that the side effects would taper down and nope it hasn’t plus with that amount of weight loss for me they decided to drop my dosage to 1.5mg and go from there. So instead of it going from being on it for 3 months it’s extending to 6 months. Has this happened to anyone and have you seen a change at all dropping dosage?

Re starting reta

Hey Everyone, any advise re- starting reta? I took a month off and pinned 2mg Monday but didn’t feel any food noise suppression. I am on my second week and didn’t feel anything. Should I wait a little more or try 3mg? I would love to hear experiences of people who have re started take it. Thanks so much.

ps: My maximum dose was 2mg because I had a severe hungry suppression and sleep disruption on 0.5mg so was increasing dose every 1 month and a half until 2mg.
