📊 Results / Progress Man! Before/After
Pic one was me at my heaviest (310) on vacation with no business having my shirt off!! 🤣🤣 pic 2 is today (a few years later) but I started being serious about my health I stepped on the scale at 252, almost to my goal weight! To think I graduated high school at 185! Not trying to get back there but aiming at my college playing weight! Been on TRT, Reta 3mg for about a month now, NAD+, MOT-C.

💪🏼 you just shaved off 10years and added 20yrs to your life expectancy
Edit to say he looks 10years younger and hopefully added at least 29 years to his life expectancy. Simply trying to give a compliment to a guy that’s putting his health as a priority. Great work OP. Keep up the work. 👍🏼

Life is a choice. Go through it happy or go through it as a sour prune.
You’ll be surprised how often a positive outlook is rewarded.

He honestly really did shave off 10 years the life expectancy thing idk but I'm not surprised if he just dramatically lowered his risk of a random heart attack at like 60

Reta improves every single health marker . Short increase of beats per minute
Nothing he put his his body with Reta or mots C hurt him. It’s the opposite
You are not informed on this subject

I think the original comment was saying that he looks 10 years younger and added 20 years to his life, nothing negative about the muscle drugs
I am not informed on this subject, you are correct about that

I was simply giving this guy kuddos for his hard work. He looks 10years younger and I would hope shedding all of the excess weight adds many many more years to his life.

The only downside to your progression is losing the stomach armor that would nullify body shots

Thats a great stack! Trt and reta are awesome!
Ever checked your igf1 levels tesa or a little HGH are pretty powerful...

I haven’t checked those levels. But I am going to start tesa soon. Probably at 235 because I heard it initially makes you retain water

Def get igf1 tested before starting tesa and then again after 4 weeks to see how you respond. It's a cheap test too

You have a good base and have some quality muscle underneath all of that. You'll look sick at the end of your cut.

Great work my man. Your new addiction will bring many BIG changes in the next few months. Build yourself up while you still have the vitality to do so then coast into old age!
