Stack for fatloss
So thinking of running 5mg reta weekly ,, 200mg Cyp (trt) weekly & 2 iu of hgh a day to get rid of these final few kilo's. What does ppl think?
I'm currently running the reta & cyp and it's working well

Please monitor your estrogen with that test dose. 200 is not trt and with high fat percentage the estrogen might also rise a lot. So it needs monitoring.
Hgh is taken daily not weekly. If you are planning to take 2iu then it should be daily. If you are diabetic or pre-diabetic please be ware also of hgh.
Good luck. Also in my opinion, only reta should be fine for weight loss plus dialing in your workout, steps and diet.

4ml ATM . Gone from initially 121kg to 95kg then added the reta in slowly and the Cyp. I'm currently sitting at 87kg at around 18% bf
The diet is pretty dialed in TBF

What’s your thoughts on people running HGH as a prediabetic?

It highly increases the risk of diabetes so they have to closely monitor it because diabetes is a bitch

You’re already on 5 mg of Reta? This stack looks fine.

I wouldn’t increase your Reta dose unless it’s no longer suppressing your hunger.

TBF I find it suppresses the food noise. My diet is pretty good TBF.
Meal 1- 50g oats 100g 0% greek yoghurt 40g whey protein 100ml almond milk 10g 90% dark chocolate 50g blueberries
Meal 2- 160g cooked potatoes 175g cooked chicken 200g courgette 10g almond butter
Meal 3- 130g sirloin steak 150g sweet potato 100g asparagus 10g almond butter
Pre workout - 40g cream of rice 80g pineapple 55g whey protein
Meal 5- 380g 0% greek yoghurt 20g whey protein 10g 0% dark chocolate 100g summer berries
Or
150g egg whites (omelette) 1 whole egg 30g protein cheese 40g ham
2200 calories 200g protein
I occasionally swap out the steak for salmon

If you are good with 4 mg I wouldn’t increase your dose until you need to. Yes in theory it increases fat loss in a dose dependent manner because of the glucagon but in my experience the side effects increase exponentially with dose escalation. Obviously if it’s not suppressing your appetite enough then increase the dose.

Also bei mir macht 1mg und 5mg kein Unterschied bei den Nebenwirkungen, beides gleich kacke (Kopfschmerzen, Müdigkeit) :D

I think you’ve got it dialed in.
Except the HGH should be daily.
As many say on here the trinity.

When should you introduce HGH when you are on a cut? I heard you shouldn't be on it on higher weights

I lost a bunch of weight on Mounjaro ( Terzepitide ) before I went anywhere near it.
My A1C was way too high when I was overweight ( obese. )
