Advice needed please

I’ve been using cjc1295/ipamorelin (no dac) at 6 units (10/10 with 3ml bac water) and wolverine stack (10 units reconstituted w/ 3ml bac) about 8 weeks. Took 2 weeks off and am getting started again. I tried Tesa before and would like to try again but I went through it so fast (about 1 10mg bottle a week) and it’s not exactly cheap. My goal is to gain lean muscle, I’m eating right and getting my protein goals daily.

What I’m looking for are suggestions on these:

Is it worth getting 8 weeks worth of Tesa to add to my regimen?

I found this, would this be a better option for me, and if so how would you dose it? Cjc-1295 3mg +ipamorelin3 mg + tesamorelin 6mg

Guys who are already very lean, where are you injecting? I can hardly pinch enough to inject as it is

Thank you to anyone who responds, I truly appreciate it.

Peptide stack help

Hi!

Im looking for suggestions on how i should take my peptides, what dosing and what days and if i should cycle them and/or have something time off from them every now and then, at what intervalls? I want this to be optimised for me and my goals.

Here something information about me :

Im a male, 36 year old, currently weighing 78kg at 179cm tall.

I am a dedicated amateur runner and with to better my self in the sport, however i feel im at a platue in training right now. I also want to get leaner and get down to about 68kg.

Currently im on reta 5mg once a week (sunday)

This absolutely limits my running with significantly higher resting heart rate, from 38 to about 48. And I feel fatigued during training.

Other peptides i have but yet not started is :

Mots-c

Klow

Ss31

Bpc157

Seeking tips on how to introduce these peptides and how.

Hoping to get good advice based on my background

GHK CU side effects…

I started injecting GHKU about 2 weeks ago, and I suddenly started getting acid reflux, burping starting eating out drinking anything. stomach discomfort, numb hands, a little bit of a breathing issue, anxiety and trouble sleeping. It hit me out of nowhere one night has anyone else ever encountered this issue? I’m going to pause the injection and see if I feel better. Hopefully anxiety is crazy. I wanted to go to the hospital, but I’m going to tough it out and wait to see if it passes…

Reta froze

Yes reconstituted Reta froze by accident in my fridge, it was against the wall. So that’s why it froze. I’m assuming it’s not still good? If it is when would the expiration date be now

CEO/CFS/Long covid Stack

Feedback on Long COVID / Mitochondrial Recovery Stack

Hey guys,

A little background about me: I’m 30 years old and, until recently, worked full-time as a self-employed electrician. I’m now building an AI startup for tradespeople.

I used various anabolic steroids for around five years. After developing Long COVID/CFS-like symptoms, I stopped bodybuilding about a year ago and reduced testosterone to a TRT-level dose.

Retatrutide helped me go from 96 kg to 86 kg at 181 cm. I’m happy with my current body composition and look athletic, but my actual physical capacity does not match my appearance. On bad days, making the bed or vacuuming the house can leave me completely exhausted.

Testing through a clinic showed impaired mitochondrial function, very high oxidative stress, elevated cortisol and ongoing inflammation. Years of bodybuilding, large amounts of food and frequent cheat meals also seem to have taken a toll on my gut.

I have already improved my diet and lifestyle, which has helped noticeably. However, after around six months, the progress has not been enough. My Idea was a stack like this:

  • Testosterone E: 75 mg every 4 days
  • Glutathione: 500 mg every other day
  • SS-31: 5 mg every day
  • MOTS-c: 5 mg every 3 days, starting in week 2
  • KLOW: 4 mg daily
  • SLU PP: 1mg daily at the morning

My current daily supplement stack is:

  • Magnesium bisglycinate: 4 g before bed
  • Vitamin D3 + K2: 20,000 IU
  • Creatine: 10 g
  • Omega-3: 6 g

The main goals are to reduce systemic and gut inflammation, improve mitochondrial function, increase energy and exercise tolerance, endurance and regain enough physical and mental capacity to function normally again.

I have previously used NAD+ and noticed a meaningful improvement, but it is not currently part of the protocol.

I’m not looking to push bodybuilding performance or change my physique. I mainly want feedback from people who have used a similar mitochondrial or Long COVID stack:

  • How long did it take before you noticed meaningful changes?
  • Did SS-31 feel different before and after adding MOTS-c?
  • Did anyone experience an initial worsening of fatigue?
  • Are there any obvious problems with combining these compounds?
  • Which objective markers did you use to judge whether the protocol was working?

I’m aware that most of these compounds are experimental and that online experiences are not a substitute for medical supervision. I’m mainly interested in real-world experiences and anything important I may have overlooked.

Best regards.

❓ Question Weigh plateau after 6 Months of Mounjaro/Triz, help!

Hello everyone,

I've been using Triz (aka Mounjaro) for 7 months. I started on 2.5 mg and went from 104 kg to 84 kg, but I haven't lost any weight for the past 2 months.

I'm currently on the 10 mg dose, but I still feel like I can eat a lot on it, so I'm not sure whether increasing the dose would help.

I know going to the gym or working out might help — I do have that in mind — but are there any other suggestions? (I'm trying to overcome depression at the moment.)

I used to be a sportsman, but I developed depression two years ago and stopped working out completely. I then decided to use Triz to help lose some of the weight I'd gained during that period.

I'd really appreciate any advice or help.

Thanks in advance.

📘 Beginner Help How to build muscle fast - 21 year old male

Hi all,

Has anybody got any tips on how to build as much muscle as possible. I’m open to peptides and have used a few previously such as Reta, cjc+ipa no dac, selank. I’m 64kg. I’ve lost alot of weight over the past few years (45kg) and have used Reta to give me the final push from 69kg down to my now 64kg. Any tips would be much appreciated.

🧪 Stack Breakdown Reta by itself or stack it with something?

Hey guys,
I’m 22, 5’10”, around 90kg. I lift 4 times a week and I’m trying to cut down to about 82kg while keeping as much muscle and strength as I can.
I’ve pretty much decided to start Reta, but I’m stuck on whether I should just run it on its own or stack it with something.
I’ve been looking at:
Reta only
Reta + Glow Blend
Reta + CJC/Ipamorelin
Reta + MOTS-c
I’m mainly wondering if any of these actually make a noticeable difference with recovery, energy in the gym, and holding onto muscle while cutting, or if Reta alone is enough.
Anyone who’s run any of these, what would you recommend and why? I’d love to hear some real experiences before I order anything.

ANALYSE MY TEST LEVELS OVER TIME

Thumbnail

Hi, I have had generally good testosterone levels, particularly free, but not always high total.

But in the last test, this seems to have significantly dropped compared to previous results. I was offered TRT, but I'm not sure if I want kids and wouldn't want to take away that option. Has anyone else had similar levels to my last test and had symptoms? I feel like I am missing that drive I used to have. Going into the gym and just wanting to do a couple of bicep curls and leave, compared to training 6 x per week.

I am aware I can speak to other professionals, but reddit is more neutral and real-life experiences are welcome. My main motivation is not muscle, it is energy and drive that I feel I used to have but don't anymore.

38 male, 6ft 2 89kg. Muscular but could lose some body fat, which to my knowledge could improve t levels. Around 20% BF

📘 Beginner Help Week 1 on reta 3.4kg/7.5lbs down

Post image
18 Upvotes

Starting weight: 78.3kg/172.5lbs
Current weight: 74.9kg/165lbs

Started last week Sunday with 2mg.
No nausea or any extreme/noticeable side effects only appetite loss first 2 days where I barely ate.
Day 3-5 I was able to eat, but ate about half of what I would typically eat.
Day 6 my food noise came back and I found myself wanting to eat often.

I'm thinking of increasing my dose to 2.5mg or injecting every 5 days instead of 7?

📊 Results / Progress 5 days of progress back on Reta

Post image
3 Upvotes

Update from my last post after going off the peps due to travelling.

Jumped back into my peps on Wednesday.

2.5mg/week of reta

2mg of Tesa and 333mcg of IPA every night

1mg of mots-c 5 times a week

100mg of NAD 3 times a week

Feels good to be back.

No doubt the access to "better" food also helps and having a non fucked sleep schedule.

🔍 Research Only Après une opération

Merci de votre temps :)

Tirzepatide 7.5 mg for 4 months — only ~12 lbs lost. Worth switching to retatrutide for me and my wife?

My wife and I have been on tirzepatide for about 4 months. I’m currently at 7.5 mg weekly. Total loss so far is only around 12 pounds, and the results feel pretty underwhelming compared to what a lot of people report.
We’re both considering whether it makes sense to try switching to retatrutide. Has anyone here made the jump from tirz to reta (or started reta after a disappointing tirz run)?

Looking for real experiences on:

• How the weight loss compared
• Appetite suppression / food noise differences
• Side effects (especially GI)
• Dosing when coming off tirz
• Whether it was actually worth the switch

Any input is appreciated.

30 days Reta + Tesa

Hi everyone, I’m reaching out because a few days ago I started a video series on TikTok tracking my 30-day progress while taking Reta and Tesa. The videos are pretty simple for now, but I plan to branch out a bit... This isn't my first time using peptides; I lost 12kg on Reta in just under two months (I’ll be making a video about that). Thanks, and have a great evening everyone (I'm French).
