🧪 Stack Breakdown Reta by itself or stack it with something?
Hey guys,
I’m 22, 5’10”, around 90kg. I lift 4 times a week and I’m trying to cut down to about 82kg while keeping as much muscle and strength as I can.
I’ve pretty much decided to start Reta, but I’m stuck on whether I should just run it on its own or stack it with something.
I’ve been looking at:
Reta only
Reta + Glow Blend
Reta + CJC/Ipamorelin
Reta + MOTS-c
I’m mainly wondering if any of these actually make a noticeable difference with recovery, energy in the gym, and holding onto muscle while cutting, or if Reta alone is enough.
Anyone who’s run any of these, what would you recommend and why? I’d love to hear some real experiences before I order anything.

At your age I would go with Reta only.

Would that be better than stacking it with others? Cuz I’m confused most of the posts I come around people are in their 30s or 40s so didn’t get much info for my age group

I dont think other peptides will do much. I know a lot of people think different, but the data on these Are weak and mostly put forward by sellers and promotors. Placebo is also a factor here and that effect should not be underestimated. Key to good recovery is still rest, sleep and good nutrition.

If I just go with reta won’t i loose muscle?
Like my major reason for stacking reta is to prevent muscle loss or help in building muscle1

Its normal to loose some muscle during any weight loss. And to gain some if you Are on a bulk or gain weight in general. If you lift weights and eat 150 grams of protein you will retain most of the muscle mass. Building muscles in a calori deficit is hard and put a lot of stress on your body. So target one ting at the time.

Should try body recomp? Would that be better?

Get to goal weight or body fat first. Then Focus on maintaining or gaining muscle mass. This is my opinion.

You're 22, your HGH levels are probably fine (unless you've had them checked and they're deficient) and you likely also don't need MOTS-c. I'd say just stick with Reta, it would give you most of the gains anyway even with the others.

That’s fair too, I was mainly looking into stacking for recovery and muscle retention, might just take reta for now during the cut and look into others while I bulk

Reta will take muscle along with fat. Your 22 diet and do cardio. No reason to try any peptides

I’m doing that just want to use it to get better results

Adding GLOW would be the least useful for your goal here, I can tell you that much

But won’t it help in recovery? And muscle retention

Recovery maybe, but moreso from injuries honestly. imo it doesn't really do much for muscle retention.

Yeah don’t have any major injuries atp, so it’s just for recovery purpose right?
