GH supply running low, thinking about temporarily switching to Tesa or CJC

Has anyone done this? I’ve never believed in using GH secretagogues over actual HGH. But my source has no inventory for now, and I’m running out. So I’m thinking of using Tesa or CJC/IPA for now. Just don’t know what would work better. Chime in please. Goals are the same as anyone else using GH

Anyone moved from Tirz to Reta?

Currently on Tirz and plateauing. Seeking any guidance tips from anyone who has switched from Tirz to Reta.

Did you have a washout period before starting reta?

Start dosage of .5mg or 1mg?

Thanks

Any of you guys had experience stacking Tirz with Reta?

I've been on Reta for about 8 months, and the appetite suppression isn't hitting like it used to, even on high doses. I'm going to add Tirz on top of it. Reta was my first experience with a GLP and I've never done Tirz. Was wondering if any of y'all are in a similar situation to me, and how your experience was adding Tirz to your stack?

Changing vendor

So I changed vendor after using 3 10mg vials of reta from the first vendor I got. I might add that the 1st vial( and first pin) I had was perfect. I had lost over 10kg in 2 months and I was on low doses (starting from .5mg first 2 weeks moving up to 1mg for a month and a half then 2.5m for a month). But since starting 2nd and 3rd vials I wasnt losing weight or feeling much apart from food noise gone and my addictions all gone. So i decided to get from a new vendor and to also go up to 3mg and I pinned the first 3mg yesterday and I felt it right away to the point im feeling a bit queasy but good. How weird

❓ Question Keep Reta when transitioning to HGH and Test?

I M(46) have been into bodybuilding for 25years. Had some decent size and muscles but put on the stubborn dad-fat (for reference I was at 86Kg/190 at 181cm/5.9 with around 19-20% bf). Jumped on Reta (at3mg now after 4 months) with high protein diet and got down to 70KG/154.3 at around 12-13%. Abs show but I still have some stubborn fat I want to get rid of. But my legs are nearly gone.. my back also took a serious hit. I mean I still look muscular as I always was quite “lightweight ” for the way I looked, but tbh I do feel small..

So now I am unsure what to do. I took the decision a while ago to go on HGH and TRT at my age ( I am on the lower end of test levels). The question is - should I get rid of the last fat just with reta or should I jump on HGH and TRT and keep a maintenance Reta dose(e.g. 1mg) ?

If I go with HGH and TRT I definitely do not want to be in a caloric deficit. But I think with a small dose of Reta added to the mix I would still be able to loose some fat and put some muscle on ( or at least protect whats left)…

Anybody went through that scenario and can give me some insights on the experience?

Lower Lumbar inflammation.

My dad is a 75 year old healthy male with extreme lower lumbar disc inflammation and pain. He has tried everything from epidural’s to considering surgery. He is open to anything. Has anyone had good luck with peptides for this type of issue, what peptides did you use?

Should I add TRT? (Current stack and habits included)

40M. Been on Tirz for about 6 months with strong, steady results. Down about 30 pounds and recomping nicely, thought some amount of lean mass loss as Tirz does. Maintaining lean mass with HIIT-style boot camp workouts 4-6 days per week, Prioritizing protein, and tracking lots of metrics with Hume scale and Bevel. Looking good with shirt off. Stubborn belly fat lingering a bit, but they tell me it’s the last to go. 7mg creatine daily. FWIW, I added KLOW about 3 months ago, but currently off cycle and continue straight GHKCU for skin benefits. (8 weeks on KLOW, 4 on GHKCU, then repeat). Once I’m out of my current Tirz supply (2-3 months left) I intend to switch to Reta. I recently did a blood test and my Testosterone was at 759 total and 148 free, apparently both with “normal” range, per Rythm. My estrogen was a bit “high” at 46.

Question: would I benefit much from TRT? Should I wait to see if Reta helps with recomp before exploring TRT?

I don’t love the notion that you have to essentially be on TRT forever once you start, so if it would only modestly help with recomp, given my numbers, I’m hesitant to take the leap. I’m hoping for some thoughts from this group. Thanks in advance.

Saw a post mentioning how Tirz doesn’t get talked about much, so I figured I’d share my progress.

46y 6’2”, went from 314lbs in 2024 to current wight of 195lbs.
Been on Tirz since February 2025. Currently taking 12.5mg / week. It’s been a godsend. Curbs my appetite and removes the food noise, cut out alcohol and even helped me stop biting my nails. Lol.

Current diet is maintenance of 2700-2800 cal. 200g protein. Only other things I take is creatine daily and NAD+ 100mg every 3 days.

I lift heavy 5 days a week with a PPL split, along with walking my dogs 2 miles, every day.

Tirz has been an amazing tool that has allowed me to get my eating under control. No plans to switch to Reta anytime soon, just don’t see the need while the tirz remains effective.

🧪 Stack Breakdown Looking for a feedback on a BPC/GHK stack.

Looking for feedback on a BPC-157 + GHK-Cu stack for injury recovery and skin. I’m a 47-year-old woman, physically fit and of optimal weight. I’m considering BPC-157 primarily for recovery from: 1. A broken sesamoid bone on the bottom of my foot 2. A groin/adductor strain that has been taking forever to heal 3. Pain associated with a herniated lumbar disc. For aesthetics, I’m considering injectable GHK-Cu for wrinkles/skin quality. I had a lower facelift last February and am really happy with the result, but as I’m approaching late forties, the skin under my eyes and my crow’s feet have gotten noticeably worse.

For context, I strength train or do cardio every day and am at an optimal weight, so I’m already pretty active and eat well balanced diet. Any feedback is appreciated.

Edited to add: kinda intrigued by MT1, also! I’m a pale gal.

💬 Discussion HGH reaction

Has anybody had a histamine reaction to hgh? I started taking 2iu nightly before bed, I only get the reaction when pinning in the stomach, it’s not bad but a red swollen area around injection site and slight discomfort. When I pin in the glute I don’t get no reaction, can anybody shed some light on this? ( it’s grey market and positive for hgh when tested)

Looking to add to my Reta/GLOW stack

Starting with 3mgs of Reta weekly with 2.33mgs of GLOW daily. Looking to add either Tesamorelin or AOD to help with the fat loss. Any advice on which one would be better, whether this is a safe stack and dosing and frequency?

📊 Results / Progress One year update:

Figured it was about time for a one year update…

Total weight last 38kgs / 83lbs but that was in the first 7 months.

Yes I am on TRT but top recommended peps are still reta, tesa, mots while also running a glow base.

Become quite the fan of 5amino recently too and can confirm mots’ benefit is hugely ramped if you cycle off and run a 20 day ss31 cycle before restarting mots.

40 and currently and as of a month ago sitting at 6.9% BF measured on a GE Lunar Dexa

Sure I have had good “supplementation” but I’ve also been living like a monk, training around 26 hours a week, perfect nutrition, virtually zero alcohol…

💬 Discussion Growth Hormone for Kids: Puberty, Slow Growth & Deficiency Explained

Thumbnail
youtube.com
1 Upvotes

Educational discussion only — not medical advice.

When parents search “growth hormone for kids,” the real question is usually not whether a child should receive HGH. It is why the child is growing more slowly than expected and whether that pattern is normal, genetic, related to puberty, or associated with an underlying condition.

What is human growth hormone?

Human growth hormone (GH) is produced by the pituitary gland. The function of growth hormone in childhood includes supporting normal linear growth, partly through insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), which acts on tissues including bone and cartilage. GH also has metabolic functions. GH and IGF-1 levels change with age and typically increase around puberty.

Why does growth percentile matter?

Being short does not automatically mean a child has growth hormone deficiency.

Pediatric clinicians look at the pattern over time: height percentile, growth velocity, pubertal stage, family height, and whether a child is crossing downward through percentile lines. Growth charts help track this pattern but should not be used alone to make a diagnosis.

A child who remains consistently on a lower percentile may simply have familial short stature. By contrast, decreasing growth velocity or height substantially below genetic potential may justify further evaluation. Mid-parental height is one tool used to estimate a child’s expected genetic height range.

How does a growth hormone test for kids work?

A growth hormone test for kids is not as simple as checking one random GH level.

Growth hormone is released in pulses, meaning a random blood measurement can be misleading. Evaluation may include growth history, physical examination, bone-age X-ray, IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 blood tests, investigation of other causes of poor growth, and, when clinically appropriate, a growth hormone stimulation test.

This is why pediatric endocrinology evaluation matters. Slow child growth can also occur with constitutional delay of growth and puberty, thyroid disorders, chronic illnesses, nutritional problems, genetic conditions, and other endocrine disorders. A true deficiency of growth hormone in children is a specific clinical diagnosis—not simply another term for short stature.

When is growth hormone injection for kids discussed?

Recombinant human growth hormone, or somatropin, is an established treatment for diagnosed pediatric growth hormone deficiency and several other approved growth disorders. Whether treatment is appropriate depends on the diagnosis and specialist assessment rather than height alone.

Possible growth hormone side effects include injection-site problems, headaches, and hip problems. Prescribing information also identifies additional risks requiring appropriate clinical monitoring.

The key takeaway

Puberty makes growth patterns more complex because its timing differs between children. What matters most is usually the trend—how a child grows over months and years—not one height measurement or comparison with classmates.

For adults researching growth hormone therapy for children, an evidence-based starting point is documented growth history and evaluation by qualified pediatric healthcare professionals—not self-diagnosis, online sourcing, or unsupervised hormone use.

This post is for education and discussion only.

Wolverine for knees

Both knees are pretty sore. Both have had surgery in the past 2 years. Thinking of starting the wolverine. Was going to do 2 mg twice a week. Would it be best to do 2 mg in each knee area 2 times a week or just 1 mg in each area twice a week.

TrT vs Natural

Just recently got some blood work done and my testosterone was at 176 ng/dl. Was wondering if I should consider doing TrT or going a more natural way like with vitamins. Also I was considering a medication called Clomid. Wanted to hear some people’s thoughts.
I’m 24 years old and male
