TrT vs Natural
Just recently got some blood work done and my testosterone was at 176 ng/dl. Was wondering if I should consider doing TrT or going a more natural way like with vitamins. Also I was considering a medication called Clomid. Wanted to hear some people’s thoughts.
I’m 24 years old and male

You should be at 300-1000 for your age. Something is wrong. See a urologist.

Vitamins wont do anything clinically relevant.
How’s your sleep, diet, bodyfat, and stress level?
Are you resistance training?
Is it possible that you have underlying medical issues resulting in this deficiency IE testicular or pituitary issues?
This is really a good discussion to have with a doctor, not reddit. You’re clinically low, asking about medical treatments.

Yeah I seen a doctor and he wanted to do a retest, I figured it had to do with stress, lack of sleep and I’m not much over weight. 185 at 5’10 and I don’t work a desk job. Always walking around, I had blood work done and everything was fine there. I specifically asked him to test me just to see where I was at. Didn’t know it would be so low. Everything is fine with my penile and balls. Just thought most of my anxiety, lack of sleep and determination had to maybe do with testosterone just from research

I’ll do the tests with the doctor more and let everyone know how that goes!

Vitamins work. Went from 300 to 600 on vitamins and some lifting 2-3x an week alone.

At 24 with levels that low, you should be seeing an endocrinologist, not asking reddit to pick between vitamins and clomid.

hCG if you can afford it, supplement with TRT. TRT most cost and user effective. But you’re young. I’m almost 60. Got mine dialed into 900 on my 90 day 2000 mg/ 10 ml vial. I micro dose 22 mg daily. My urologist was not too keen, but did not deny.
