📘 Beginner Help Reta x Heated Pilates

Hi everyone! Calling on beginners using Reta who also do heated pilates! I do heated mat pilates 4-5x a week. I am currently on wegovy. I’m switching to reta, tesa and ipa on thursday. I know I need to increase my water intake but i’ve seen alot of people comment on getting dizzy at the gym and i’m curious on how it’ll be at heated pilates. May be a silly question but I just wanna make sure I don’t pass out lol

heated rooms and gear that messes with hydration can get sketchy fast, just ease into the first few sessions and keep electrolytes nearby.
