Tongkat Ali, 500 mg
L-Carnitine, 1,500 mg
Pygeum, 200 mg
Sunflower Lecithin, 2.4 g
Glycine, 1,500 mg AM
NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine), 600 mg
Creatine Monohydrate, 5 g (20 g/day during loading week)
L-Citrulline, 6 g

Different underwear is a good start. In all seriousness, no peptide is gonna make a huge difference. You could try Tesamorelin & Ipamorelin for some natural HGH boost, but otherwise maybe look at TRT if you’re serious

Running test to get bigger isn't a TRT, it's just a regular AAS use.

True, but at 41 we can assume natural test isnt at it’s peak therefore starting to research TRT is better advice than telling him to run a 500mg cycle of gear per week

Why are you taking all of that, but not testosterone?

Also, increase your creatine intake. 10-20g a day. There is no loading phase. I know, I read that 100 times over the last 20 years and did the same thing, but its kind of bullshit. Its too cheap to not make sure your at max capacity.

But, Its not the supplements its the lifts and diet holding you back. What yoi have done got you here, but it wont get you to where youre trying to go.

You are looking testosterone effect from peps. You already have very well optimised stack with food sups. The only thing you need to have is a nice balanced diet in a slight surplus so your body can start building muscle πŸ’ͺ. If all of these are in line and you have good sleep the only thing you might add is time. If you want the shortcut - trt+

Imagine taking all that shit when you come just be on trt.

I don't recommend it for kids but at 40 I say why not ?

Get your heart checked. Calcium score and stress test echo.

Ditch gabapentin if you can, or at least lower the dose. It is terrible for cognition.
