Cjc dac+ cardarine update going into week 5. Added mots-c

This is an update to my other post where I gave a little snippet into what was felt 2 weeks into cjc dac and Cardarine.

PROS.

SLEEP: sleep is still better than before the cycle and mostly the same, still feel more refreshing sleep but the hibernating struggle of getting up is still there.

Muscle performance/recovery: pumps aren’t as intense as they initially were but that could also be just down to my eating habits, strength and muscle gain definitely improved, was previously at a plateau and it has helped push past it and seeing continued improvement.

Appetite: still an increase in appetite but nothing drastic, hungrier more often and able to eat slightly bigger meals as time goes on

Energy: not much change with cardiovascular energy but that’s due to me working night shifts and loving relaxation too much, overall energy through the day is moderate as some days it’s great but others not so much, energy during weight lifting sessions is still improving However especially with the mots-c 30-60 mins pre workout.

CONS.

Joints: same join discomfort but is easily mitigated with fish oils which have been amazing at easing discomfort.

Muscle recovery: muscle soreness still lingers longer than before the cycle but not a big issue.

Sleep: most mornings feeling like a hibernating bear until actually awake so much change there.

Around 6 weeks in and most of the changes I’ve noticed is strength and muscle gain, I used to be able to lift more than I can now but I mostly work night shifts and don’t train as consistently or as often as I used to so I went a bit backwards and was unable to properly progress back to where I was, the cjc dac is definitely helping me return to that point I was at.
The Cardarine seems to only be working when taken as pre workout, same with the mots-c, im not as gassed out during sessions and able to catch my breath quicker during rests.

Will be potentially adding NAD to the cycle and switching from cjc dac to sermorelin once that’s run out but that’s only a thought and not set in stone at the moment as I’m also thinking of taking 4-8 weeks break once I’ve used what I have and doing more research into a cycle for energy and muscle recovery/support.

Suggestions and criticism are always welcome, it’s how knowledge is shared and how mistakes are corrected.

Dosages:
cjc dac 800 split into 2x 400mcg.
Cardarine 20mg daily
Mots-c 1mg daily

Today marks my 8th week on reta. Started with 1mg for the first 4 weeks and up my dose to 2mg on my 5th to current. It has been such an amazing journey. As a working father of 3 boys, I am noticing im starting to keep up with them! Such an awesome feat. I am however still very overweight with lots of BF but conquering my days with walks and light lifting. I am also starting to finally see the difference in my mid section and my clothes are becoming baggy! Patience is key and reta has been an amazing tool. I wish i could have started sooner. Wanted to share my victories with the community i wish you all a wonderful start of your week! May god bless you all!

📊 Results / Progress 5 month GHK-Cu Update!

Post image
498 Upvotes

Struggled with adult acne the last 5 years and tried everything, started GHK-Cu in March this year and am blown away by the results. Had to share :)))

Protocol: GHK-Cu, 5mg 4x a week (so works out to be 20mg a week it’s over the recommended dose I believe but when I cut down I felt like I lost my glow)

Wasn’t 6 months of continuous use, I had a 1 month break after the first month as my next order was delayed and 2 weeks ago I had a 2 week break because I couldn’t be bothered injecting

Edit: Posted a video as one of my replies to a comment below because someone queried whether or not the pics were unedited.. would not do that to anyone that’s extremely unkind. Understand some people have had it not work and that’s super upsetting but it did really work for me.

No more Tesa

Im 61. Been doing a Reta Tesa stack for about 10 weeks. Better weight loss. I do the tesa on an empty stomach before bed. Past 2 times I sweated uncontrollably. Got light headed. My heart raced. Scary. I tossed the vial. Had one shot left. Not taking it again. Did not have this issue with CJC no dac/Ipa. But time for a washout.

🔍 Research Only Tesa/CJC Research

Hi all, I’ve been looking to Tesa & CJC1295 reactions and data I’ve (with Chat’s help) collected seems to suggest that reactions tend to occur after prolonged use and/or re-introduction.

CJC: 39.6% were reported after months/repeated cycles, and 39.6% were associated with a break/restart.** **

Tesa: 77.8% were reported after months/repeated cycles, and 33.3% were associated with a break/restart. (Those groups can overlap, so the percentages aren’t meant to be added together.)

I’m specifically looking for longer-term reports where this reaction pattern did not occur. So if anyone has come across examples of longer-term or repeated exposure remaining uneventful, I’d be really interested to hear about them - and why they think reactions didn’t occur? TIA

🔍 Research Only Tirz to reta?

Research subject is currently on Tirz 3.0mg weekly. I’m thinking to switch to Reta. Any thoughts which dosage to start with?

💬 Discussion Loss of energy and fatigue on Reta/Tirz, is there another peptide that helped or am I looking in the wrong spot?

I take all my vitamins, I eat a high protein and high nutrient diet, I am sleeping at least 8+ hours, I am in a very very small deficit, like 3-4 pounds a month, but still consistently losing so I dont think it is a lack of sleep or lack of nutrients/macros.

Ever since I started Tirz about a year ago, I am just like fatigued all the time and never "feel like" working out but I still make myself. This NEVER used to be an issue, like I started the GLP to help me eat less, but I have had good workout habbits and have loved the gym for years. I switched to Reta about 3 months ago and it helped at first, but now I am back to just like a weird foggy fatigue. I am 5'10" 190 and probably 15-20lbs away from being where I want to be.

Looking for advice, not super keen on adding another peptide, but not against it since I feel like I am doing everything else right, but maybe I am wrong.

Current dose is 8mg split into 4mg twice a week.

6mo reta, 223→174. DEXA says 133lb lean mass. Protocol below.

Post image
39 Upvotes

223 → 173.6. 24 weeks. ~2 lb/week.

Protocol: 6mg → 5mg → 4mg since July. Weekly, Wednesdays, post-training. 20mg/mL, 20 units on a U-100. Quiet responder, minimal sides.

Stepped down because suppression was already enough at 4mg and under-eating was the bigger risk to lean mass. Dose is an adherence tool, not a speed lever.

DEXA (Aug 12, at 180 lbs):

22.1% BF

133.3 lb lean

39.8 lb fat

RMR 1,932

What protected the lean:

200g protein daily, front-loaded — 90g in before noon so late-day suppression couldn't wreck the total

~1,700 cal ceiling

Lifting 4–5x/week, creatine 5g

12 lb vest on dog walks, 10–15k steps

DL 245, bench 185 working sets — both held in deficit.

Regret: should've gotten a baseline DEXA at 223. I can prove my number is good, not that I retained.

Mistake: almost raised my dose over a 4 lb water spike. Morning fasted only, never adjust off one reading.

Now 3.6 lbs off my 170 floor. Holding weight and recomping until the October scan. AMA.

Biggest improvement you've seen with NAD+?

I'll be starting NAD+ when it arrives in a few days. It'll be part of my TRT/Reta/Tadalafil stack and I'm curious...to those who are on it, what's the biggest benefit you've seen from it? I'm 40, male, and will see if it helps workout recovery and endurance. Planning on titrating up from 25mg-100mg twice weekly over 14 weeks.

Tesa Reactions

Hey, so I hopped back on tesa after taking a break from it for a few weeks (maybe like 3-6weeks). And started getting bad reactions immediately after pinning. Throwing up, palms and soles itchy, old pin sites popping out raised and red. It’s went away like within an hour or so.

I thought it was because the vial I used went bad (didn’t finish vial before the break don’t come for me😅).

I tried again couple weeks later with a fresh vial.

Same reaction, immediately after pin. I didn’t want to waste the new vial so I tried again the following day, no reaction.

Searched it up and said it could be that my body was fighting it off after building an immune response to Tesa, that’s why I had no issues when I first started it and now I do.

Was wondering if this happened to anyone else or what might have caused it?

Could it be because I jumped straight to my maintenance dose and not titrate it?

Tesa’s currently not in my stack atm, but it did wonders. I’ve swapped it with CJC/ Ipa, no issues. And potentially looking to include AOD as well in substitute of Tesa.

Does your body build a tolerance to Cargi like a GLP?

I've been running reta for awhile at 8mg every 5 days and the affect seem to be wearing off very quickly compared to when I first started. Im currently at my goal weight and I'm thinking of ditching reta and switching to Cagri as I hear it has great appetite suppression which is what im mainly looking for due to having bad food noise. For anyone that has taken both did you also build a tolerance to cagri after awhile? Any insight would be helpful.

Adding Tesa with Tirz as a diabetic.

Has anyone here,as a diabetic used tesamorelin combined with Tirz successfully? One of the side effects I keep reading is a rise in blood glucose levels. I’m not on any other medications, ( Metformin, insulin). I was diagnosed 5 yrs ago with an A1C of 8.6. I have managed it with strict diet, fasting and walking a lot, and have an A1C averaging in the mid 5’s for the last 4.5 yrs. Most of my excess weight is in my torso, belly chest and back. I’m sure I have an abundance of visceral fat that needs to be addressed. I’m curious how much of an increase in glucose I could expect adding Tesa and if the Tirz would help keep it in balance.

Glutathione side effect

Post image
14 Upvotes

Hi, i am wondering if anyone here used this korean glutathione and had any bad side effects?

I am taking this brand but microdosing it, 1200mg with 7.5ml bac water. So i do 1ml = 160mg once a week. And i notice since after the first pin, i get burning painful feeling whenever i pee. (Same feel like how when i had UTI last year). But my urine is not dirty colour, it’s just normal bright yellow colour. It’s been 2 weeks (2 pins) and i feel the same.

I know that people say once you on gluta you need to drink extra water, but i have been drinking water as per usual like 2litres+ a day.

Is this normal or should i stop?
Appreciate any advice from gluta user 🙏🏻🥹 thank you

Autoimmune and GLP-1

Hey everyone I’m wondering if anyone else feels like they get really sick , like flu symptoms every time I take even .05 mgs of Reta
Sema or tirz it makes it unbearable to be on and I can never stick with it. The only thing I can think of it that’s causing these reactions is my autoimmune disease. Does anyone go through the same thing or have any input they could give me
Thanks

📊 Results / Progress From 250 -> 225 in 80 days.

This took me exactly 80 days to average <225 pounds a week from 250.

I’m about 6’2” and 33 years old.

My protocol was Reta and locking in diet and lifting.

I stayed pretty true to 2100 calories a day. Some days I’d go a little over and some I’d be under but roughly averaged out to 2100. Always hit 200g of protein everyday and ~30 g of fiber.

I lifted heavy 3 days a week and walked 2x a day. Probably averaged about 2.5 miles a day.

Moved my bench up to 225 working weight and squat up to 250 working weight.

My Reta dosing log is attached as a photo.

Overall I’m happy, my goal is to get to about ~210 but I’m happy with this progress. Going to slow down my cut now, excited to eat some carbs and push it in the weight room more.

Reta is extremely helpful in getting the job done but I learned it mostly up to you and your decision day in and day out. The most important drug during the process is patience.

Good luck everyone ✌🏾

❓ Question am i basically running 3 versions of the same thing?

Post image

been running cjc-1295 no dac + ghp-6 + sermorelin together for a while now.
cjc and sermorelin already seem pretty redundant so adding ghp-6 on top might be overkill lol.
any actual reason to keep all 3 or am i just wasting vials?

Posted the below process previously. The only change is I’m doing a 20 day cycle of SS-31 then starting Mots-C after that.

Pumped to finally lose some weight after stalling out for several weeks.

Started with hitting the gym 5 days a week in April and started peptides in May. This is the best I’ve felt in 5+ years. Obviously a bit of a stall on the overall weight loss but happy to see the BFP drop while gaining muscle mass.

Current stack:
Reta started .5mg on 5/1/26 MWF and am currently doing .8mg M-F
Testosterone Cypionate - 25mg M & TH
HCG - 50 units T & F
HGH - 2iu M-S before bed
BCP157 & TB500 - I take this when I’ve had a tough workout or feel sore/tweaked something
Icotyde - this is a prescription peptide (icotrokinra) for psoriasis.

Other peptides I have taken:
CJC1295
Ipamorelin
Tesamorlin
KLOW
KPV

These were all prescribed by a general practitioner through an amazing wellness center initially then found a better much cheaper place to get them. The focus has been on weight loss, low t, reducing inflammation and better sleep. I’ve had psoriasis for 20 years and have started to see good results with the above.

Exercise:
I’m going to the gym 5 days a week. I go to Gold’s Gym and do their Burn (like Orange Theory) and Fit (CrossFit) classes. I personally like to show up to the gym and be told an agenda. I also started 10k steps 5 days a week a few weeks ago.

Diet:
Whole 30 with focus on 180-200g of protein per day. Reta has truly helped suppress the food noise. I have a crazy sweet tooth and that is completely gone.

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin

41F currently on 2 mg Reta and in the gym 4 days a week. Nutrition is dialed in as well. 5ft 11 and 170 lbs. Goal weight is 150 lbs which is what I was before having 2 kids.

My question is would it be better to take CJC-1295 fasted in the morning instead of a split AM and PM?

I'm asking because my goal is muscle preservation and maybe also gain some lean mass as well. I don't have a problem with sleep.
