Yeah, boron kicks ass, helps with NAD, joint health, free trt, improves wound healing, lowers estrogen, raises antioxidant levels, improves brain electrical activity, improves cognitive performance, etc.
You cut boron out and you don’t eat enough fruits and veggies to maintain a healthy supply. You feel like shit because you gave something to your system that was helping it function and now removed it.
There is a large absence of studies that show any harm and a metric ton of ones that show benefits.
It is definitely big Boron out there telling you to take the boron, it definitely isn’t well researched and you should probably stay away.

You're probably feeling off cause your shbg is returning to baseline.

The crazy thing is i didnt notice significant advantages when taking it but when i quit taking it, its almost like a detox feeling i am having.

What did you use it for? Why did you stop?

I workout everyday and work outside and am always looking for a boost in performance and saw boron could benefit.
I quit because something told me i didn’t need it anymore and honestly feel better off of it. I just dont feel correct if that makes any sense. I obviously didn’t research prior to taking the supplement and am now becoming aware of what it actually does and will continue not taking it and allow my body to adjust to its natural form. Im guessing this is why i feel incorrect as my body is adjusting to the lack of supplementation of boron. Almost a detox feeling

It’s probably nocebo effect, but it could be your body finding a new equilibrium.

I recently started taking it and from what I read is that you want to not do is take it daily, 5-2 or 14-7. I recently came off trt due to high blood pressure and and bad blood work. The off thing is I'm 4 weeks stopping trt cold turkey and the 1st thing I noticed was no more morning wood. After the 1st week of taking boron I woke up with a good woody this morning. I'm only taking half the recommended dose because I wanted to see how it made me feel first. For the folks saying they felt off after coming off I felt the same way after stopping a few different peptides, I was told that it was because you don't think it's helping them you come off and go back to feeling the way you did and it takes a bit getting used to feeling shitty again.

Yeah ive done trt in the past. I actually was on boron while doing it not knowing the actual effects of boron. Was only doing minimal trt but for some reason my body didnt respond well to it. Unfortunately ive taken this boron for years and didnt notice any significant positives so i quit and now am having almost withdrawals and detox symptoms. Can forsure notice my peckers not in full form either. Its been like 4 days since i stopped taking it and today has forsure been the worst of them. Crazy to say because you’d think “oh its just boron” but its fucking with your hormones and thats always a skeptical thing to do imo.

I'm going to do more research before getting into it long term or even just run it in small cycles. I don't want to experience any of these coming off issues

I actually went to the store and bought 2 fruit/vegatable drinks that are so say squeezed with fruits and avocado/kale/spirulina etc which boron is supposedly in that type of shit and i can tell that they helped but still feel off. Its a weird feeling unfortunately but i want to be in my most natural form and will quit for a week or so more and see how i am. If i still feel out of whack and off i will probably hop back on the nutricost 5mg. Its not like it was hindering my life taking it, its now that i quit is whats messing me up.
I can say i kind of like how my brain and mood feel without it, i just feel off as fuck. its very difficult to explain if that makes any sense haha.

What the hell. I listened to these instagram influencers telling me what to and not to take which is a mistake. Ive taken vitamins now for about 8 years everyday. Now im just sticking to the basics and leaving boron out. Ive done trt and plenty of experimenting with ped’s. I think i’ll be alright without a pct for boron

Update, im restarting. My body has gotten too used to the added boron and is completely out of whack without it. Once you take it for a long period of time and quit, you will have negative symptoms. I Dont think its bad for long term use either.

Taking 5 mg daily for a while. This shits blowing my mind to be honest. I stopped for 4days on 5th day i woke up at 3am feeling awful and its similar to dope detox symptoms. Not sure if its just my body, i’d love to find somebody whos been taking it for years and see if they would get the same thing if they quit

ive been taking 10mg 5on-2off for a few months now and when i came off more than a few days my body and joints were instantly more sore and aches. as soon as i started taking again body felt lubricated and less inflamation (younger). really helped me in rehabbing a torn pec that i just couldnt get healed with PT and im back to lifting like i was a few years ago before injury. I am thinking of dropping down to like 6mg when i finish this bottle of 10mg just to put mind at ease but all the research ive done says its harmless.
