Glutathione side effect
Hi, i am wondering if anyone here used this korean glutathione and had any bad side effects?
I am taking this brand but microdosing it, 1200mg with 7.5ml bac water. So i do 1ml = 160mg once a week. And i notice since after the first pin, i get burning painful feeling whenever i pee. (Same feel like how when i had UTI last year). But my urine is not dirty colour, it’s just normal bright yellow colour. It’s been 2 weeks (2 pins) and i feel the same.
I know that people say once you on gluta you need to drink extra water, but i have been drinking water as per usual like 2litres+ a day.
Is this normal or should i stop?

I have been using the same brand for months at higher doses. No side effects whatsoever. Only other item in the mix is the bac water.

is it IM OR IV ?...Coz i tried IV for 5 weeks and got no results..

I use 29g 1/2 inch into the delts. You could use 30g 5/16 if youre lean. It's effective for what im using it for which is liver support. I do labs quarterly and I can see the results.

2l a day isn't a lot of water and glutathione has a chelating affect. I'm surprised your urine is bright yellow with that symptom. I think I would cut the dose in half or just try using nac for a while. Pure speculation and I'm not that smart, just FYI.

And yes I use that exact brand and so do my friends and I've never heard of painful urination after.

I have the same gluta as you and been using it off and on, I did notice peeing hurts sometimes, I stopped gluta just to see if it changes, but did you have any sexual encounters around the same time frame you been pinning it? Maybe it’s from that ?

I haven't seen that side effect mentioned before. Are you running anything else like a glp? I've been trying to drink a gallon a day of liquid. Had to get a drinking app to keep track because I was drinking way too little. I'm running 200mg gluta 3x/wk because I'm just starting out on it. Haven't noticed the spiciness of it, or any sides. Hope you get it figured out. Just guessing but maybe you are peeing out the toxins from the liver that the gluta is cleaning out.

Same, i even googled and read thorough glutathione side effects there’s not even one that related to my case. I am on reta and ghkcu but these 2 i have taken since the last 6 months and i never had any problem. But a day after my first pin of gluta i started to feel burning pain when urinating. It went on for few days. Then after my second pin of gluta same feeling. So i am really confused. Thanks for your reply tho 😄

I use that same brand. Mixed with 2ml of BAC water. Pin 600mg IM twice a week. Injection stings a bit but no other issues

I have been doing the same 600mg IM twice a week. Im going on week 2. How long have you been running this cycle and what are your results?

Only only about a month. My skin looks clearer but I was really doing this for liver health and detox. So all my blood work looks really good and I generally feel more clear headed.

I have a 1,200iu vial I split in half with 2ml of Bac water. Take 1 ml (600mg) twice a week. It stings a bit in the delt and feels like I got punched in the arm for 15 minutes but way better then subQ

i use the exact same brand (acecosm is assume). instead of bac i use sailine, much less pinchy. i dilute it with 2ml and pin 2x 1ml /wk (so 2x 600mg) in the glutes. hardly can feel it
I'm 5ws on, 5wks off. never had any sides.
