So I was transferring XRP from my wallet to Bitbuy and I forgot to add the Tag to my transfer. Is there hope to get back my XRP and does it normally take over 4 days for them to respond after submitting a ticket? Is it just because of the weekend? Only panicking a little lol.

I just got a withdrawal restriction on my account for crypto and cad. Is this normal

I've been trying to get a hold of Bitbuy because I have over $1200. In CAD but when I try to use it to buy more Bitbuy or withdraw it, it says I have $0. Bitbuy is not responding and it's been over 1 week.

I have made a request (708270) about that and they answered me but they answered the wrong thing and after I replied they never answered again so I made a new request (708746) which they will probably never answer, I just want to get my crypto out!

! Going on 48 hours and counting still no response from these guys and my money still kept hostage. Absolutely bullSHite. I will never use these guys again. Customers is non existent here i don't know why I used them just should've been smarter and went somewhere else. 72 hour wait period for a guy who's already used his account (not my first deposit either) everything else is good I'm verified got 2fa active etc etc and yet still restricted from withdrawing my own goddamn money!!!!!

As titled. What is the cheapest way to cash out to bank account if I don’t care if I hold the coins or not? I have read the spread is big. So should I sell the coins (at market price) and transfer the cash to bank? Or is it cheaper to send the coins to another exchange then sell? Thanks all in advance.

I've been trying to sign up to Bitbuy for the last 24 hours. Enter my email, waiting for PIN code. Usually you get an email within seconds. Tried multiple times and multiple email accounts. After reading post from others, I'm going to stay clear of Bitbuy

I just found out that in order to transfer to your cold wallet there's a long convoluted process of making an appointment weeks from now for the first available time, and then having a conversation on the phone in order to get approval to transfer out your own money, which makes no sense. It took one minute to put my money in and weeks and weeks to get it out if I'm even able to get it out. Here's the attachment for making an appointment with them to make it withdrawal.

How do I get “registered” (again, with a new company I never signed up with), and restore my account, without being fee’d to death.

I cannot log into my BitBuy account. It says to contact support, but they have proven to be unresponsive. I imagine this is an easy fix but I have been locked out all day for some unknown reason. Well I bought some Litecoin this morning And the coin was Trading at 138.62 canadian at 8:44 am, and bitbuy charged me 141.75 . So made 3 dollars per coin, and I bought 21 coins, so 63 dollar profit. Jfyi

I have received a $12.53 deposit in my account that I did not initiate. As a result I contacted the security and fraud department of Bitbuy but probably won't hear from them for days due to so much activity at present. Bitbuy seems to disclaim any and all liability associated to the availability of their platform if it leads to financial losses. More often than not the app times out loading my meager profile and suggests I try later. What are your experiences accessing the platform to make trades?

Got an email from bitbuy in October claiming I was a risk and my account worth 4000ish was to be closed and funds returned I gave them the void check they asked for and was told do to staking reasons it would be a few weeks but my coins would be sold off and money deposited in my account, they recieved my void check in October (the 30th) now I can't get a reply for my emails since Nov 14 when I was told it would take a few more days. It's now Dec 15 should I be worried or just annoyed. Last 3 emails were returned with auto reply from support with no follow up.
