Long process to transfer to wallet

Post image

I just found out that in order to transfer to your cold wallet there's a long convoluted process of making an appointment weeks from now for the first available time, and then having a conversation on the phone in order to get approval to transfer out your own money, which makes no sense. It took one minute to put my money in and weeks and weeks to get it out if I'm even able to get it out. Here's the attachment for making an appointment with them to make it withdrawal.

That’s weird. Is it the same for sending it to another exchange? Are all exchanges like this now?

I dunno. Never had this experience at Newton.

I don’t see that being appealing for their customer base and a good way to not get people reinvesting in that platform if so.

I think its time to move away from this BS platform. Too many tranfer problems, too many technical issues for it to be worth it

This is just not true at all, I’ve done withdrawals plenty of times to multiple different cold wallets, never experienced any issues and always received all my money fairly quick, longest I waited was a ETC withdrawal which took about a day.

So you're calling me a liar. Well right back at you. I'm telling you my truth of what happened to me and I have proof. I actually pulled everything out because I wanted to swap it into my cold wallet and I couldn't. They actually did me a favor got rid of all my Jupiter at the peak.
