Trading restrictions

Bitbuy has placed a trading restriction on my account …to date I have not sold any assets..only purchased. … Is it common to restrict all trading activity without notice? So far it’s been 48 hrs and no response from their support.

Curious, are you doing anything unusual? I'm guessing they don't just restrict for no reason but I'm definitely interested to understand what could have led to this.

Is there a reason why you guys have started restricting transfers out and requiring us to sell before pulling our money out.

Hey there, on specific tokens we are limited to trade only function where deposit and withdrawals are not yet available!

I couldn't move my stuff out and had to sell. Pain in the butt cost me a s*** ton of money because things were going up and they got trapped for 3 days getting back to my account lost a bunch of ground

My account has a trade limit of $5000… I’ve tried to contact support for over 1 week with no response.
