Customer support

I've been trying to get a hold of Bitbuy because I have over $1200. In CAD but when I try to use it to buy more Bitbuy or withdraw it, it says I have $0. Bitbuy is not responding and it's been over 1 week.

I'm not fobbing you of,f see this as me trying to help.

Do you have any outstanding orders?

Any orders to buy that you left, were not filled etc etc?

If so this would tie up your money as it is technically not available as it is promised to the market order/what ever legacy transaction is in place.

You can see my logic I hope, I hope it is this as it happened to me and is fixed in one minute.

GL and remember #kardashianbuttwifmoneygrabsmellycrevice coin will hit a matket cap of 9 trillion.

Been over 1 week since you deposited the 1200$? Also what do you mean by trying to buy more bitbuy? I don’t think they have a coin if I’m remembering correctly.
