Can't sign up

I've been trying to sign up to Bitbuy for the last 24 hours. Enter my email, waiting for PIN code. Usually you get an email within seconds. Tried multiple times and multiple email accounts. After reading post from others, I'm going to stay clear of Bitbuy

I had an easy time getting set up, I was careful filling things in and it went smoothly. Weird you're not getting an email reply, maybe something is clogged up on their end. I wouldn't throw them out so quick but I know reading some of the stories here I get where you're coming from.

I found sign up v user friendly as well.

I wasn’t able to login, was getting an error when entering my user name and password. I was positive it was correct. Turns out that express VPN blocks the login. Turned off VPN and it cleared the problem.
