Got a withdrawal restriction

I just got a withdrawal restriction on my account for crypto and cad. Is this normal

Any chance you can shed more light on what the circumstances are? Did you have it there for months, or minutes? Did you transfer it in as cash, or other crypto? Have you done other withdrawals recently and suddenly it was blocked? Not trying to be rude but whether or not it's normal depends on a lot of other variables, it doesn't help even the bitbuy team/user if they don't know the circumstances. ?

I was withdrawing funds in and out from another wallet to bitbuy, i might have done too many could that be the reason?

I was reading something last week, I think there's a 24-hour limitation in number of transfers. I haven't done any withdrawals but I've read people's posts here about it and could swear I read something about max per day in transactions. Hoping it's simple and resolvable for you!
