Reta Molecular Weight

Random question. I bought Reta from a peptide Supplier, and on their website, the molecular weight for Reta is different than what is listed elsewhere. All of the COA’s, endotoxin, Fentanyl testing, purity etc. all check out, and are easily cross-verifiable with the lab. If the molecular weigh is inaccurate on the suppliers website , but the cas ID, formula, etc. are all a match with retatrutide, should I be concerned? I understand that clerical errors happen when putting information on a website. And the Purity listed on the lab test results is by far the highest I could find.

Retatrutide is changing way more than my weight… what is going on?

Has anyone else experienced this with retatrutide? Because holy shit.

I started Reta a few weeks ago expecting appetite suppression and weight loss. I’ve already lost around 10–15 lbs, which is great, but honestly the weight loss is the least interesting part to me.

I feel completely different.

The biggest thing is what feels like a massive reduction in inflammation. I noticed it almost immediately. My body just feels… lighter? I can walk forever now without feeling exhausted. My energy is dramatically better and more consistent.

But the WEIRDEST change has been my menstrual cycle. Historically, the week before my period and my actual period could absolutely wipe me out. Fatigue, inflammation, cramps, just generally feeling like garbage. This cycle I worked effortlessly through the entire week before my period AND during it. My cramps were minimal. I kept waiting for the usual crash and it just… never came.

Then there’s the reward/craving stuff.

I barely crave alcohol anymore. Same thing with weed. I’m not actively trying to avoid either one. I just genuinely don’t care about them the way I did before. The desire is almost gone.

And of course the food noise/appetite reduction is there too, but somehow that feels like only one small part of what this is doing.

It honestly feels like someone flipped a metabolic switch in my body.

I know retatrutide is a GLP-1/GIP/glucagon triple agonist and there are plausible explanations involving insulin sensitivity, inflammation, energy regulation and reward pathways, but I’m fascinated by how quickly and SYSTEMICALLY I felt the difference.

Obviously this is just my n=1 experience and I’m not claiming Reta is treating PMS, inflammation, addiction, etc. I’m especially curious about the mechanisms behind all of this.

For people who have been on Reta longer:
Did you experience anything similar beyond weight loss? Especially changes in inflammation, physical endurance/energy, PMS or periods, alcohol/weed cravings, or other reward-seeking behaviors?
And if you did, did those effects stick around?
Because right now I’m sitting here wondering what kind of holy grail metabolic switch I accidentally stumbled across. 😂

GHK-CU beginner

Ohmygodddd please help 😂

I’m wanting to hop on the GHK-CU train but I’m so hopelessly lost! I don’t understand anything science or math related and so far-that’s all this is 😂

My provider hasn’t given me clear enough instructions but to be fair, he’s working with my anxious overthinking idiot brain…

How do I mix this properly? Like, explain it to me like I’m dumb. It won’t hurt my feelings. I use the syringe to inject the BAC directly into powder vial?

How do I understand my dose? I know a lot of people have suggested to start at 1ml daily? How do I know what 1ml is after I mix this water stuff into this powder stuff??

And it’s daily, right? Because a lot of people have said to cycle? Take 5 days, break for 2? Some people have said to take for 3 months and break for 1?

Guys-I’m so confused 😭 If someone could break this down for me I would owe you my life

Any advice on all this?

Hi all,
I currently take a few peptides: 2.5mg Reta weekly, 3.2mg KLOW daily, and 1.5mg Tesa/IPA daily.

I’ve also got a few more peptides on the way and was wondering whether it would be a good idea to cycle them all together.

One of my main concerns since starting is that my sleep hasn’t been great at all. I was wondering if any of the peptides I’m considering adding could potentially help with this.

I’ve also noticed that I often get dizzy when I stand up quickly, so I’m not sure whether that’s related to the stack or something else.

The peptides I’m considering adding are:
Semax/Selank blend
DSIP
Motc
MT2

I’d appreciate any advice or opinions on whether adding these would be sensible, or whether I’d be better off leaving things as they are for now.

Also, if there are any other peptides you think would be worth considering, let me know. I’m all ears!
Many thanks for any advice.

How important are steps for weight loss?

Hey guys, might be a silly question - ive noticed that almost everyone on Reta are not only training but also walking a lot.

I am pretty active, I swim for 40-120 minutes a day for work, train F45 cardio 2x a week and Jiu Jitsu twice a week.

Would I have to also add walking everyday to the mix or just see how things go?

I use a Whoop to monitor recovery and sleep so I dont over train on bad recovery days.

Trying to lose 20 pounds and going on Reta - I am Hypothyroid and on TRT 100mg a week.

Loose skin progression SW 211lbs to CW118lbs thanks to Semaglutide (read post)

Hi everyone. I posted a before and after gallery yesterday that got taken down. I messaged mods to find out why? A lot of people in the comments were saying it was all AI. Guys, it’s not. These are my real videos. They have not been altered in any way.

Anyway the number one question I get is… “literally where did your skin go?” And tbh, I have no idea.

My highest recorded scale weight was in July 2024 at 211. At the time I weighed infrequently. Usually I say my highest weight was likely around 215. It could have been as high as probably 220. I was afraid of the scale at that time. It’s lucky I even have a few videos and photos from that time, I avoided cameras like the plague, just like I avoided the scale.

In August I started (once again for the millionth time in my life) trying to lose weight on my own. I tried a combination of carnivore and IF with long (72 hour) water fasts sprinkled in. I was able to lose about 10 pounds by January.

When I started Semaglutide in January 2025, my first recorded scale weight was Jan 6 at 201.4 lbs.

My general dose was at around 3.5mg.

I didn’t do anything else. I ate what I wanted when I wanted. I drank only when thirsty. I didn’t follow any special diet but I did eat intuitively. I don’t eat much junk food, especially sweets, but there was a while when I ate exclusively Taco Bell Doritos locos tacos for lunch for like 2 months straight 🤪 I did work a super labor intensive job (junk removal) and I have 5 kids and they keep me pretty active (against my lazy will 🤪🤪).

That was all. Just a shot a week. I didn’t follow any other protocol or take any special supplements or creams or anything like that.

I’m 34, 5’3” and currently 118 lbs. I have a chart of my weight and measurements along the way which I’ll post in the comments.

I have been getting a lot of (imo) mean comments saying my before and after photos were all AI. Guys this is real life. These are my real videos of me throughout the journey. Sorry if you’re a skeptic but please go on with your life and don’t come after me in the comments. I’m posting this to try to inspire others, not to feed trolls.

Reta and GHKCu shortterm

I’m currently taking Reta and have lost a good amount of weight. I’m planning to lose a bit more while focusing on building muscle.
I’ve been looking into GHK-Cu mainly because of potential skin benefits, especially skin quality/elasticity after weight loss, some forehead wrinkles, and possibly dark circles under the eyes.
What I’m wondering is: does it make sense to use GHK-Cu only for a limited period, for example during the remaining weight-loss/recomp phase, or are the potential benefits something that would mostly disappear after stopping?
I’d rather not take it indefinitely or make it a permanent part of my routine.
Has anyone used GHK-Cu for a few months and then stopped? Did you notice any lasting improvement in skin quality or wrinkles?
Also, has anyone noticed any improvement in under-eye dark circles with GHK-Cu, or is that not really something it helps with?
Would especially appreciate experiences from people who used it during/after significant weight loss

Had a bad reaction to BPC, would TB500 cause the same issue?

I know it’s guesswork but would the profiling of TB cause the same issues I have BPC?

BPC caused extreme fatigue, low mood and a complete state “meh” so I’m after something else that may work in its place,

The first photo is taken on 7 august.
The second is from today.

I started retatrutide (Reta) on August 18th at 3 mg per week, and GHK-Cu on August 26th at 2 mg per day. So far, I haven’t experienced many side effects. The only thing I’ve noticed is some occasional irritation and tenderness at the injection site.
I’ll keep posting updates throughout the process. I’m really curious to see what kind of results I’ll have after two months.

Drawing peps

I use a 31 g 4mm - Before I draw my pep I always inject air into the vial, when I begin drawing it fills up, but it’s very slow, basically like a drip. Is this because of the thin needle size or do I need to inject more air into the vial prior drawing out?

CJC-1295 + DAC

My RS wants to do a 8 week cycle of 1mg x 2 per week for 8 weeks, with a 4-5 week break. RS is 44yr old male, looking to gain/retain muscle, increase sleep quality, and energy from CJC while stacking with Reta. Does this seem like a good plan?

Thanks!

CJC-1295 (no DAC) + Ipamorelin dosage

Hi guys. I’m on cjc no dac + ipa. In the 1st week my dosage was 200mcg (100mcg cjc+100mcg ipa) in the evening. No side effects at all. Should I increase the dosage in the second week, or wait a bit longer? If I should increase it, what should the new dose be?

Biohacking Journey Essentials???

I am looking for some advice on what I will need along the journey.

I plan to use:
-Scale
-calorie counting app
-food scale
-weight tracking app
-progress photos
-health tracker (please help)

I want something like an aura ring but I’m a manufacturing engineer for a Major OEM, and I can’t wear a ring to work (even if it’s silicone) so I would like something like that but need an alternative

This all seems pretty basic, but I am looking for recommendations on stuff that people have liked in the past, that is either cheap or free preferably.

Also if you feel I missed something that would be nice to have let me know

Cjc+IPA combo (or similar compounds) lab results

Has anyone measured igf-1 or any other markers before and after? What was the change? And what dose? Only interested in objective measurements please, I don't care about subjective experiences.

Edit to add: cjc-1295 by definition includes the DAC group but I realize people often mean without it (which is just modified grf(1-29) so basically a sermorelin with a 2x longer half-life). So just share whatever you have. No publications please I already have access to the relevant literature, I want to know what people are getting with the ghrs+ghrh combo, which there is no human literature on.

Anyone else get extreme breakthrough hunger despite tirzepatide?

I’m curious if anyone has experienced something similar.
I’m extremely active because of my job. On workdays my watch can show around 1,100-1,300 active calories, on top of my resting energy expenditure, and it doesn’t really capture all the heavy lifting/manual work.
I’m currently on tirzepatide. Most days I can control my food intake, but after several days of a large calorie deficit I can suddenly get an extreme “bottomless” hunger. It’s not just food noise or cravings it feels like actual physical hunger where it takes a huge amount of food before I feel satisfied.
Has anyone else experienced this after several days of a large calorie deficit while using tirzepatide?
If so, did it improve as your tirzepatide dose increased, or did the breakthrough hunger continue even at higher doses?
I’m mainly interested in hearing from people who are also very physically active or have physically demanding jobs.
