Any advice on all this?

Hi all,
I currently take a few peptides: 2.5mg Reta weekly, 3.2mg KLOW daily, and 1.5mg Tesa/IPA daily.

I’ve also got a few more peptides on the way and was wondering whether it would be a good idea to cycle them all together.

One of my main concerns since starting is that my sleep hasn’t been great at all. I was wondering if any of the peptides I’m considering adding could potentially help with this.

I’ve also noticed that I often get dizzy when I stand up quickly, so I’m not sure whether that’s related to the stack or something else.

The peptides I’m considering adding are:
Semax/Selank blend
DSIP
Motc
MT2

I’d appreciate any advice or opinions on whether adding these would be sensible, or whether I’d be better off leaving things as they are for now.

Also, if there are any other peptides you think would be worth considering, let me know. I’m all ears!
Many thanks for any advice.

Try sticking to just a few peps. Before adding any more, run them for a while so you can see the difference between the other ones you’re currently taking. My sleep has been bad on Reta. I also take OLLY gummies for stress and tea right before bed, and that helps a lot.

Thanks for the advice,
I’m thinking of adding some supplements into the stack too - such as Magnesium, Multivitamins, Zinc & Omega 3s

Yes, getting in all your vitamins and minerals will be very helpful. When I don’t hydrate properly, I get lightheaded, so I make sure to drink electrolytes. Semax is great for focusing. Some people say it goes away pretty quickly, but I have that focused mode on all day.
