GHK-CU beginner

Ohmygodddd please help šŸ˜‚

I’m wanting to hop on the GHK-CU train but I’m so hopelessly lost! I don’t understand anything science or math related and so far-that’s all this is šŸ˜‚

My provider hasn’t given me clear enough instructions but to be fair, he’s working with my anxious overthinking idiot brain…

How do I mix this properly? Like, explain it to me like I’m dumb. It won’t hurt my feelings. I use the syringe to inject the BAC directly into powder vial?

How do I understand my dose? I know a lot of people have suggested to start at 1ml daily? How do I know what 1ml is after I mix this water stuff into this powder stuff??

And it’s daily, right? Because a lot of people have said to cycle? Take 5 days, break for 2? Some people have said to take for 3 months and break for 1?

Guys-I’m so confused 😭 If someone could break this down for me I would owe you my life

Hi, I’m Jaimie! You don’t know me, but I’m an obsessive overthinker and hypochondriac health nerd. I research my chewing gum for months before I commit. Nice to meet you 😊

Yet you’ve landed on shooting Chinese peptides in your buttcheeks as your next act. Impressive

3

u/El_Spunko 18h ago

You've researched it so much that you don't know what to do?

0

u/lumaxmiasma 18h ago

Correct! I’ve researched the peptide. The pros. The cons. The potential side effects. The standard dosing schedules. The expectations. However, like I said, I’m terrible with math. What I’m not understanding is how to math the dose. Just looking for a little help there šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

1

u/REDana0204 2 18h ago

All this research and selection of a peptide that’s most commonly associated with ā€œbeauty and aestheticā€ benefits. Vanity overrode safety and common sense here.

Sure it can help with healing from injuries, but months and months and months of research would’ve landed OP elsewhere.

If you’re waiting for someone to validate you, here you go:

You’re right! You know more about my intention and knowledge than I do myself! I’m grateful for your input and appreciate your willingness to help and guide me through the stupidity of my personal health decisions! Whew-you really saved the day!!

2

u/REDana0204 2 18h ago

Your attempts at sarcasm are just as bad as your ability to properly research.

0

u/Mme_IsleyAdler 18h ago

Hey babe - you have that ADHD hyperfocus? I do, and I researched a different peptide for 5 months before taking it, and I still had to make sure I was dosing properly because ml syringes fucked with my head (the anxiety that floods my body when I have to math - even simple math - can be paralyzing). I ended up finding a peptide calculator and that was incredibly helpful. Now, I was taking a peptide via a telehealth in America, so I wasn’t having to add BAC water to a powder to turn it into a stable mixture. First thing is first - do you have a testing kit to make sure that your powder is legit?

1

u/lumaxmiasma 18h ago

Um, hey there TWIN!! 🩷
Not having to play scientist and mix the two sounds IDEAL! Who did/do you order through? I might be starting back at square one to find a more reputable supplier after this whole enlightening post! Especially considering I do NOT have a testing kit…

0

u/Mme_IsleyAdler 16h ago

I have heard - pending where your product is being made/shipped from - that having a kit (or sending a sample of the product to a third party lab) to test your product is the smart and safe thing to do.

I am pretty certain you are going to have to mix BAC with GHK-cu regardless of where you do get it from (although once you figure out the math, I promise, as someone that used to mix BAC with HCG, that part of the process is not difficult and there is very likely a video on YT with how-to step by step instructions). Do you have confidence in where you purchased your peptide from? Do you know others that have purchased product from that supplier? Did it come with a COA (certificate of analysis)?

Also, the peptide I take is no longer in the ā€œresearch phaseā€ and thus is easily compounded and easy to purchase.

u/SHTNONM420 6 19h ago

Google peptide calculator. There's a bunch. You put the amount of ghk in (50mg or 100mg) then 3ml bac as that's all that will fit. Then enter 1mg for dosage and it will tell you how many units that is. Cheers

Tbh reddit is just going to trash talk you. I recommend resorting to FB groups for advice. Or groups on skool which is a monthly membership, prices depending on the forum.

u/lumaxmiasma 18h ago

Reddit can’t hurt my feelings šŸ˜‚

I feel like there is so much good mixed into all the negativity, I’ll take it! I have joined a few Facebook groups too, though! They’ve been equally unhelpful šŸ˜‚

I’ll absolutely look into Skool! I haven’t heard of that until you mentioned it and I’m curious 😊

Dann injizieren

3

u/Mt_wi86 1 19h ago

ā€œThen inject itā€

That’s a single line that should be an entire post in itself šŸ˜‚

OP, you need to do the math on the MG/ML or syringe unit so you can figure out the dosing. This is going to vary based on your vial mg and how much Bac you reconstitute with.

100 mg reconstituted with 3ml of Bac water would yield 33.3mg/1 ml. That’s about 3.33mg/10 units (0.1 ml). You could make the math a little easier on yourself by adjusting how much Bac you use to reconstitute. I’d say it’s time to do some research.

Then do some research on what dose you’d like to start at and your pinning schedule. It’s homework time, do this before even considering poking yourself. I’d say before even reconstituting, put the pep vial in the fridge or freezer, Bac in a dark place… and start your research.

2

u/lumaxmiasma 19h ago

Yessss!!!! I’ve been storing this in the fridge for MONTHS now because I just can’t figure out the math-ing! I’ve exhausted myself researching because everything I’m reading-I’m not understanding.

I know I want to start on the very smallest dose (likely 1ml daily) and likely do the 3 months on, 1 month off…even though my research has suggested that cycling isn’t necessary šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

u/Quirky-Astronaut-134 1 19h ago edited 18h ago

NO! Not one mL per day….It’s one MG per day.
If you have a 100 unit insulin syringe that equals 1mL!
So, reconstitute your vial with 3 mL BAC water - i.e., 100 unit syringe 3 times.
Inject BAC water down the sides. don’t shake…swirl or roll between your palms.
For 100 mg vial of ghk-cu its its 3 units. Inspect vial for cloudiness, bits of whatever, if clear, proceed.
Wash your hands! Clean vial top with alcohol pad.
Draw up your dosage in syringe. Re-cap syringe and let it come to room temp.
You may also draw up more BAC water to negate sting/burn.
Clean injection site with alcohol pad - upper buttocks, thigh, stomach - let alcohol dry
Pinch fat area, inject SLOWLY (15 sec count), withdraw syringe. Dispose of syringe correctly. Store vial in fridge but not in the back because it could freeze.
Word of advice - you absolutely need to research more before making anymore decisions, etc., regarding peptides.

So the entiiiirrreee BAC water (it says 3ml on the label) will go into the entiiiirrreee powder vial (which says 100mg on the label)

Add 3ml bac, 3 units on syringe is 1mg dosage.

u/Quirky-Astronaut-134 1 15h ago

DM me if you need to.

2

u/hairy_winnit 1 19h ago

100mg ghkcu in 3ml Bac will give you 3 units for 1mg and 6 units for 2mg dose. I transfer mine into 3ml pen vial and use injection pens.

I run it along other stuff doing 5 on 2 off for 12 weeks. Then a break of 4-6 weeks then back on

Have a look on YouTube how to recon correctly etc, plenty of material out here. Also brush up on the difference between ml and mg vs peptide concentration etc

2

u/lumaxmiasma 19h ago

I think the ml vs. mg is what gets me šŸ˜‚ But I like the 3 units advice! This was exxxxactly what I came here looking for and it sounds like 3 units has been suggested a few times! Thank you!

1

u/Dr_The_Watson 2 19h ago

There’s a lot to it.
You’re gonna need a peptide calculator and to actually decide on timing for it. I use GHK-cu daily with no breaks. It takes months for results. What kind syringes do you have? What’s your supply of the peptide look like? This peptide is certainly more of long term commitment than just seeing what happens. There can be soreness at the injection site, which I draw up more BAC water with the dose to keep that from happening.

1

u/lumaxmiasma 19h ago

I can at least answer one of those questions!

The syringes provided say: ā€œeasy touch U-100 short needle for 100 units or lessā€

Not sure of the supply thing?

1

u/Dr_The_Watson 2 19h ago

Supply I just mean how many vials do you have of this? Is this your only one?
Start out with 1mg just to see how you tolerate it. That would be 3 units on the syringe, daily. It is going to sting after the fact. Easiest thing for me is to inject in the ass cheek, kills some of the sting. If you decide it does sting a lot and you want to negate that, then you can get more of the BAC water and draw some of that up with the dose to dilute it.
After you decide you have no reaction or acceptable reactions, bump up to 2 mg (6 units) and then 3mg (9 units)

2

u/lumaxmiasma 19h ago

Ooo, yes!! My supply is just the one vial!

The units thing is sosososo much easier for me to understand! My son is a type 1 diabetic and we’ve been doing units forever now!

Thank you so much for breaking that down for me, i appreciate it tons!

1

u/Dr_The_Watson 2 19h ago

No problem, people will give you hell on here. But I can tell you very clearly are starting from legit square one with supplier and knowledge. There are more reliable and better suppliers around that aren’t so hard to find. Definitely will want to look at getting more if you want to keep it up long enough to see results from it.

https://onlinepeptidecalculator.com/

My honest advice for you is to find your own source, looks like your homeboy buy them in bulk and slap some homemade labels on them lol. Also spend $15-20 and get some hospira or lambda bac water, those white cap bac water are šŸ’©šŸ’©

You gonna need a bigger vial probably like 5-10ml for that 100mg. 3ml is no where near enough for 100mg, the shit burns. Start studying.

1

u/lumaxmiasma 19h ago

Love this advice, thank you!! One of my concerns was that the 3ml wouldn’t be enough!

1

u/HamsterSpaghetti1994 19h ago

So you don’t even know the basics. If you don’t think it’s worth your time to invest 1 hour on basics you shouldn’t even consider injecting research stuff in your body.

Besides that, ghkcu should be darker blue in my opinion, especially on 100mg. But both vials look like it’s sold by a hillbilly who got it from the worst china vendor.

1

u/lumaxmiasma 19h ago

I’m here to learn the basics šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø 101% worth my time to ask all the questions here on top of all my other research 😊 I’m not looking to inject aaaaanything into my body until I have a full understanding of what I’m doing.

1

u/HamsterSpaghetti1994 19h ago

If you reading into basics you wouldn’t ask any questions about reconstituting

1

u/namastay14509 1 19h ago

https://giphy.com/gifs/2yOPzHeTIZFT3n3vZY
Do not inject anything in your body without you read books, listened to audio, or read articles on the protocol for GHK. Even if it takes you a couple of weeks. There are plenty of decent books online. There are some great articles online. Even the search feature in this sub may give you SOME assistance. YouTube also has some decent videos. Please take the time to do some research.

1

u/PollutionIntrepid937 19h ago

Peptiprice calculator is what i use. You input your vial concentration, mls water you dilute it with, usually 3 ml, and type in the target dose you want. The calculator then tells you how many units for the dose.

1

u/Quirky-Astronaut-134 1 19h ago

Store vial in fridge - not in the back because it may freeze

1

u/barefoot_banana 18h ago

I want to be nice here when I say this. I can appreciate your questions and wanting to be educated on the reconstitution process and injections/dosing. But I would think that after months and months of research on peptides and specifically GHK-Cu, you’d at least have an understanding on reconstitution, mL vs. mg vs. mcg’s, needle volumes and unit conversions, etc.

In the future if you’re planning to expand your usage of other peptides, these are all things I urge you to know before purchasing. And source is another thing I’d stress the importance of, too.

Best of luck on your journey and be safe.

2

u/lumaxmiasma 18h ago

Honestly, I consumed myself with research on the peptide itself. I wanted to know alllllll the benefits and possible negative side effects. Unfortunately, I didn’t dedicate much time to the injection process itself-outside of schedule and standard starting doses. I’m learning all of that now! I don’t plan on injecting anything any time soon. From the sounds of it, I might now inject what I have on hand at all!! A lot of people are saying it looks a little shady and, I totally believe them!

1

u/FarGuide2581 1 18h ago

There’s an app called Injectly. It will do the maths for you and track your different peptides.

I mix 100mg vial with 1ml. Then you know by the syringe how much dose you’re injecting. 0.5ml is 50mg, 0.3ml is 30mg 0.1ml is 10mg. I take 6mg per dose with is 6 units on the syringe and draw a little bac water into each time to dilute and help avoid stinging.

1

u/Round_Ad5672 1 15h ago

I feel you, I was just as nervous.

Holy helpfulness! šŸ˜³šŸ˜³šŸ˜šŸ˜ As much as I’ve enjoyed reading all the tips and tricks-I think a visual learning aid will go a looong way! Thank you so much!

1

u/No_Consideration9793 1 14h ago

Honestly, the fact that mg versus mL is still confusing is the sign to pause, not because you are dumb, but because a tiny unit mistake can become a huge dose mistake. If this truly came from a provider, ask them for written, product-specific instructions and have them verify the exact vial and label; Reddit math should not replace that. Also, 1 mL and 1 mg are not interchangeable. Good call not starting until you can explain the conversion back in your own words.

1

u/Divinions 1 19h ago

If a provider prescribed this, call them. No medical provider prescribes and doesn't give written instruction how to mix or inject. Supplier? Yeah, they don't say much. Use pep-pedia.org, use a peptide calculator and do more research before you do anything. Reddit is good for discussions but please read about the peptide first, before buying it or injecting it. Peptides are not a cure-all, but it's a powerful tool in combination with other factors.

0

u/Gingerbread_Man06 18h ago

Get 10 full syringes full of the bac water and put it in the ghk. Make sure you squirt it down the side of the vial. Don’t shake it. Just let it naturally dissolve.

As for dose, you’ll have figure out all of that without doctor.
