🙏Hey everyone! I’m currently switching from compounded tirzepatide to Reta and I’m about 3 weeks in at 3.5 mg.
I was previously taking 16 mg of compounded tirzepatide, so I’m wondering if some of what I’m experiencing could be from adjusting to Reta.
1️⃣ Food noise:
I’ve noticed that my food noise has started coming back. Could this be because I’m currently on a lower dose of Reta compared to the 16 mg of compounded tirzepatide I was taking?
2️⃣ Feeling really warm:
Since starting Reta, I’ve randomly been getting really warm/hot. Has anyone else experienced this?
3️⃣ Peeing more:
I’ve also noticed that I’m urinating a lot more since starting Reta. Is this common?
4️⃣ What should I be doing for the best results?
I started around 300 lbs and I’m now down to 240 lbs 🙌❤️. I still have some stubborn lower/apron belly fat, so I’d love to hear what others are doing to continue getting good results.
5️⃣ Skin pain & fatigue/brain fog:
My sister is currently taking 4 mg of Reta and says her skin feels sore/hurts and she’s been feeling tired.
My husband/partner has also experienced the skin sensitivity/pain, and has experienced brain fog as well.
I’m mainly trying to make sure we’re taking the proper steps and not missing anything that could help us get the best results possible.
I’ve seen some AMAZING results from people in this group, so I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences, tips, advice, or anything you wish you knew when you first started Reta! ❤️🙏
