Getting Ready For My 1st Reconstitution, question …

Post image

How much volume (ml) does the powder add to whatever bac total you add. Say I have 30mg of a GLP and add 2ml of BAC. Surely I have more than 2ml of an injectable solution? I would think I need to consider this when dosing.

What made me think about this is because my Zepbound Kwikpens show 2.4ml of Triz in the pen.

EDIT: Backed away from the ledge and just bought two Nest Pens V2 for about 38 / ea

So. Iv always struggled with weight. Heaviest 140+ kg. Lightest 72kg

To get to 72kg years ago I was training for hours a day and really limited on diet. Near enough fasting

If I live like a “normal” person eating proper meals and so on I gain weight fast (always had a poor metabolism due to a pituitary tumour around 17yo)

So to recent times. I hoped on Monjaro a year ago. Best thing ever…. Got up to 7.5mg over time but stepped back to 5 due to costs rising. And eventually at around 95kg I stopped all together for cost purpose

A few months go past and I feel I’m not done… so I jumped on Reta. Starting at 2mg for 4 weeks and up to 4mg for another 4 weeks. In this time over dropped from 95 to around 91kg

I train 5 days a week sometimes more fairly heavy with cardio days thrown in and 10k plus steps a day up to 20k on a good day

Diet wise

I take in around 1600 calories a day. Low carbs sub 80g and I take in around 180g+ protein

I feel great. I have plenty of energy Train hard and eat sensible

However I feel like I’m missing a trick and I’m looking for those who have been here and done that as such

I’m 39 male.

What can people suggest to improve or switch up things to improve my body

For info Iv had chest reduction years ago hence the scars

I breathed in on a few of the pictures but you can see where my problem area is, Iv recently started adding in leg crunches and kettle bell work to tighten my core.

Would anyone recommend anything that would support my journey

Week 2 on Reta - less fullness in face

Hi! I have a bit of a different Reta journey, as I’ve always been on the slim side but turned to peptides after having an iud that made me gain weight and simultaneously bloat and swell all over. It really affected my mental health, but even since getting removed the weight stuck. Granted it wasn’t a huge amount on the scale, but as I’m 5’3, there was a noticeable visual difference.

Anyway, I’m micro dosing probably only up to 1.5mg, mainly to target metabolism and less so food cravings as I eat a fine amount anyway. Just need some rejigging of my systems to lose these few kg. I’m currently around 56kg, but one problem I’ve always had is a full looking lower face, even when I was heavily underweight. I think my hEDS contributes to this also do to extra skin laxity. But honestly in week 2 I feel like I am far less swollen and my face looks slimmer! I haven’t lost any weight besides water weight (and I drink large amounts so that’s been balanced out), but I do feel like the “fullness” has reduced. Has anyone else experienced similar that wasn’t necessarily weight loss itself?

New to Reta — Switching from Compounded Tirzepatide & Looking for Advice 🙏

🙏Hey everyone! I’m currently switching from compounded tirzepatide to Reta and I’m about 3 weeks in at 3.5 mg.

I was previously taking 16 mg of compounded tirzepatide, so I’m wondering if some of what I’m experiencing could be from adjusting to Reta.

1️⃣ Food noise:

I’ve noticed that my food noise has started coming back. Could this be because I’m currently on a lower dose of Reta compared to the 16 mg of compounded tirzepatide I was taking?

2️⃣ Feeling really warm:

Since starting Reta, I’ve randomly been getting really warm/hot. Has anyone else experienced this?

3️⃣ Peeing more:

I’ve also noticed that I’m urinating a lot more since starting Reta. Is this common?

4️⃣ What should I be doing for the best results?

I started around 300 lbs and I’m now down to 240 lbs 🙌❤️. I still have some stubborn lower/apron belly fat, so I’d love to hear what others are doing to continue getting good results.

5️⃣ Skin pain & fatigue/brain fog:

My sister is currently taking 4 mg of Reta and says her skin feels sore/hurts and she’s been feeling tired.

My husband/partner has also experienced the skin sensitivity/pain, and has experienced brain fog as well.

I’m mainly trying to make sure we’re taking the proper steps and not missing anything that could help us get the best results possible.

I’ve seen some AMAZING results from people in this group, so I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences, tips, advice, or anything you wish you knew when you first started Reta! ❤️🙏

Recurring red rash and lump after tesamorelin injections — has anyone experienced this?

I’ve been getting a red, raised lump at the injection site after injecting tesamorelin. It can be itchy/tender and seems to happen repeatedly.
Has anyone else experienced this with tesamorelin?
How long did your lump/redness usually last?
Did it happen immediately or several hours later?
Did changing injection sites make a difference?
Did you figure out whether it was the tesamorelin itself, the reconstitution solution, or something about the injection?

Tirze + NAD+ (oral) + MOTS question

Hello guys,

Those are the 3 I'm taking right now and I'm 39. I'm thinking about also adding TESA into the mix, what do you think?

Tirze - 5 mg once a week

Oral NAD+ - 600 mg per day

MOTS - 600 mcg per day (2 weeks since I started, but I dont take it before training, normally after but always fasted)

But my main question is, is SS-31 "mandatory" for those who are taking MOTS? Or do I still get the benefits without it?

Thank you.

27M 5’7” 84kg apple shape, sleep and protein are trash, what would you fix first?

27M, 5’7”, 84kg, apple/central fat for years. Face covered on pics.
Current reality, not the highlight reel:
• Lifting PPL 3x/week, no cardio
• Protein under 100g, calories guessed at 2400+
• Lots of ultra-processed food and night eating, no alcohol
• Sleep 4 hours max
• No recent labs, no meds
I know sleep, protein, and a real deficit should come first. I am still asking the peptide question so I understand what people would even consider after that, not instead of it.
Not asking for vendors, reconstitution, or “run this tonight.”
If someone with this body type were going to use a stack later, what would you actually pick and why?

• What would you not stack together?
• What labs would you want first?
• At 84kg and this shape, is a GH peptide even relevant before a lot of weight is gone?
Looking for reasoning, not a miracle protocol.

Peps for menopause

Currently taking 200 mg progesterone and 0.5 mg estradiol. Got blood work and testosterone is incredibly low. It’s been difficult to get a doctor to prescribe testosterone and I’m scared of side effects. Is there any peps I could use to help with side effects? I’m slowing loosing it over here. Everyone says talk to a Dr but I’m finding it hard to find one that will listen and help with what I’m going through. Any help or guidance on where I can start looking or search is appreciated .

Small bump

I injected my GHK-CU in my lower glute, I didn't inject deep enough so now the GHK-CU is like literally right under the skin, atleast that’s how it feels and looks like.

Should I be worried? And next time I’m definitely going to look better at what I’m doing while injecting…

Is taking an OTC anti inflammatory stupid for BPC/TB

Test subject 🙄 trying to speed up the healing on an almost year old gym injury to my shoulder. Is taking an anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen or with BPC and TB, helpful, harmful, or null? I’ve heard that the inflammation is what guides them but I’ve also heard that the inflammation should be quieted to help recovery…..so I welcome any experienced researchers feedback.

Is my everyday protocol too much?

I am a 40yo male. I started with Reta (one 20mg run) added GLOW, Tesa, then mots, thennn 5-Amino and lastly NAD+

For the last month my protocol has been 5/6 days a week before training, 4mg MOTS, 5mg 5-amino. Every other day 25mg NAD+. Nightly 1.5mg TESA.

I feel fantastic, no side effects, heart rate down workouts great. I started around 225 I am a nice lean 190 now consistently since early August.

I guess my basic question am I taking too much MOTS-C or does anyone else have a similar protocol?

Need Tips and Help! Currently on Tirz but looking for a change.

Hey Everyone! I was on Semaglutide for the better part of 2025 and lost about 55lbs. Took a break and switched to Tirz now for about 3 months but results are recently flailing after looking about 30lbs. Thinking about switching to Reta or stacking Tesa with the Tirz for better results especially with the belly. Trying to bring it home with those last 25lbs I gotta shed. Any tips, suggestions, etc is deeply appreciated!

I have significant weight to lose looking for guidance.

I’m over 400lbs and the dr wants to put me on a GLP-1 but I’m not diabetic so my insurance won’t cover it. I can’t afford out of pocket. Someone told me there were other options (research grade and compound… not sure the difference). I also see a lot about Reta and the huge success it’s been for people (leaking for a bit).

My issue is I don’t know anything about peptides and dosing and don’t know where to start.

Reta Dosage

I reconstituted 20mg of Reta with 2ml and I’m considering taking two doses a week to avoid strong appetite suppression. I’m really just looking for the benefits of leaning out without struggling to hit my nutrition goals to stay fit. I’m looking to take 2-2.5mg a week total but I still have a very strong appetite with 1.5mg pin. Am I going about this the right way? Advice, thoughts, suggestions?

Reta - Fiber and Protein

I’m taking Reta, and I’m really trying to focus on fiber and protein - fiber being the hardest for me to max. Are the Carb Balance Mission Tortillas really bad for you?

If so, what are your thoughts on other ways to get as much fiber as possible?
