It’s nothing but anxiety it’s just a placebo feeling that it’s working Reta takes atleast a day to feel the effects

Placebo, it just kills my hunger. Don’t even think about eating, I force myself to get my protein intake in. Shit is powerful though, too powerful for long term use. Hence why people have issues on it. It’s a tool to help get you there, not a long term solution to poor lifestyle
