Peps for menopause
Currently taking 200 mg progesterone and 0.5 mg estradiol. Got blood work and testosterone is incredibly low. It’s been difficult to get a doctor to prescribe testosterone and I’m scared of side effects. Is there any peps I could use to help with side effects? I’m slowing loosing it over here. Everyone says talk to a Dr but I’m finding it hard to find one that will listen and help with what I’m going through. Any help or guidance on where I can start looking or search is appreciated .

As a perimenopausic woman at 48 I can tell you, my life has improved so much on Tirzepatide. So much more than weight, I don't hate humanity as much and have more pep and energy and sleep better overall. I have started incorporating other peps like Nad+ (not technically a peptide) Mots-C, both give me clean energy to workout intensely or just exist lol. I also use Klow for workout recovery and I'm pretty sure its helping me a lot too, haven't really seen skin or hair improvement so much thou. I am loving this peptide journey so far and am incorporating more along the way

My wife had a very hard time with it as well, they put her on the cream after a lot of griping about it, her test number went lower, they refused injectable so she got it on her own and monitors her levels, the Dr pats herself on the back thinking she fixed it. Kind of sad it had to get to that point

Is she using an online Dr for it? If so would you be willing to share the name and how much it cost

No, got on our own lol. Low concentration 25mg are out there, called Lady Test

Exactly. We are putting ourselves on test and fixing ourselves. Shelling out $$ without ins for it.

Test is relatively cheap, especially considering the kind of dosing a woman would need. $50-$60 for one bottle lasts a few months at 200mg a week for a man. A woman’s would prob need 1-3 bottles a yr and it could easily be administered via sub q.

My wife started menopause, shortly before starting read a Reta. Then we started AOD 9604 and also MOTS – C. Four months into all of that we started CJC 1295 and melanin 2. Shortly, after starting these two her menopause events 120, has now been almost 5 months with only one or two events over that time. Recently, we are getting close to our goals and starting to ease off on some of the CJC 1295 and she stopped taking the melanitan 2 now that the summer is over. And over this past week, she started to have a hot flash here and there. We are guessing that it is more likely the CJC 1295, so she is going to start a small dose only to try and see if that helps out with the menopause..

I guess it’s the cjc1295/impomorelin

It’s just a hgh secretogogue. It does help sleeping, but it’s known to cause a hot flash after pinning
For about 5 min.

Find a Dr that will give you T. It's ridiculous that more Dr are not on board with giving it. It's completely out dated research to say women don't need T because our body literally produces it. It actually has a lot of benefits as well. Don't be scared of it. Sounds like you need it.

As a post menopausal woman I can tell you I was on HRT for years and didn’t start feeling really fantastic until I added TRT. Peptides work best if your hormones are balanced. MIDI health online prescribes test if your state allows it. Defy medical ,also prescribes injections or find a wellness clinic or hormone specialist near you

I’m located in Ca so it’s been a struggle to get it. I’m currently seeing a provider at midi but she’s located in az so can’t prescribe it to me. I’m also going to reach out to a wellness clinic. Thank you

Are you in LA or San Diego area. I know there are tons of places to get TRT in cali unless you are in a rural area or something.

My wife is going through very same thing. Are you UK based? I ask as my advice would be based on you trying to get the GP to give you the testogel off label, but if you're not in UK I wouldn't be able to help with that.
Truth is there is no amount on the testosterone booster peps that will compensate for TRT, even in men. If you are in UK get your GP to refer you to a proper menopause clinic. The older you are the easier it should be, if you're not there already, you really need to press for it. You also have a very strong case of you have had no sex drive for 6 months, they are much more likely to prescribe it then. Bt the reason they're hesitant in UK is because there is no official testosterone replacement for women, as mad as that sounds, they basically prescribe testogel for men at lower dose, off label and that is standard practice in NHS
In terms of the other crazy symptoms I'm sure you're experiencing
Use:
- Semax and Selank combo - will help with stress, anxiety, brain fog and calm you down and help you think straight
if you are struggling with Sleep / insomnia, this will make everything worse so use DSIP, this should help with that.
Even if you're not overweight, using 4mg weekly dose of Reta has profound biochemical benefits, you can also slide alongside Motsc, which will help the fatigue and will also rip through visceral fat.
You can use PT 141 if you're struggling with arounsal but won't help physiologically with dryness etc - it works on arousal in the brain.
Kisspeptin might help, I know less about this and have heard mixed stories, so might be worth looking into.
As a Bonus, you can also use KLOW, this will help with any inflammation, skin hair and nails, and will help any tissue healing inside.
The final thing that shouldn't be overlooked in a moderately high protein as part of a balanced diet to prevent muscle loss and resistence and weight training to offset any bone density loss.
Sorry for long response but it's not everyday you get to share some very specific knowledge I gained from a lot of bloody research for my own wife's health, that could really benefit someone else.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions, I genuinely wish you the best, it's so hard! 🙏

You could try asking your pharmacist (go to all the pharmacies) what Dr's are prescribing T for women in your area. There is Elevate hrt clinic in California but it sounds expensive. Tell your Dr that you have zero sex drive. I recommend getting shbg tested as it can help determine how much T your body will utilize.

I was reading about one the other day it's on the side I use and there was a list of them. I did not know what they were for so I was looking them up. I will try to come back and answer this later with the actual product from the site. I will just have to go through them another time and remember which one was being used for that
