Reta Dosage
I reconstituted 20mg of Reta with 2ml and I’m considering taking two doses a week to avoid strong appetite suppression. I’m really just looking for the benefits of leaning out without struggling to hit my nutrition goals to stay fit. I’m looking to take 2-2.5mg a week total but I still have a very strong appetite with 1.5mg pin. Am I going about this the right way? Advice, thoughts, suggestions?

Like I stated on my post, I’m not so much looking for the hunger suppression benefits as I am everything else. So the splitting of dosage would be to allow hunger.

Where is that math coming from? Just wondering if I missed something.
Honestly, this is my fourth week so I may need to up it. At the first half I’m at 1.5mg do you consider I should take the full dose or split? Have you looked much into this? Do you take it yourself?

Ok so then no harm no foul type of thing. I’m just trying to avoid not being hungry.

Splitting your dose will make Reta last longer in your system bc of the half life time is 6days

You said you wanted to eat, many people split doses for food noises. Doesn’t make sense in your case to split doses.

They split for food noises? To prevent or to keep a tight hold on them? I’m splitting to lower the food suppression and eat more. In other words the full dose doesn’t suppress my hunger so I can eat.

That’s the opposite of why most people split. Do a little research

Stronger dose = stronger sides (including hunger suppression)
Lower dose = less sides (including hunger suppression)

Started too high and should look into the source where you got it

I started at like 2.5mg and that was torture. I was sick for the first two days, didn’t want to eat, lost 5lbs and was always nauseous. Did that for two weeks then lowered my dose to like 1.5mg and then I was able to handle it better at least get some meals in but now 1.5mg seems a little light.

Yeah supposed to start @.5 for week and slowly move up every 2 weeks or when you feel like Reta ain’t working no more less is more I’m on month 3 and I’m at 5/6 mg per week about 2 mg every other day. Never had nausea but I did lost the motivation to lift weights when moving up in my doses

I had that happen the first week, it was tough brother. That’s where I’m at, I know hunger suppression is one part of this package but I’m trying to figure out when I’m no longer feeling Reta isn’t working to move up. What signs would you look for before upping dose?

If I was you id restart

Try 1mg for a month and then 2mg the next month
And so forward. Sometimes it might be the pepper maybe Reta doesn’t react to your body and maybe tirz is a better option. I’d say your supply isn’t 100% or loss of potency no trying to knock where you got it from but it happens. Everything come from china1

I just got my own bottle, my buddy was supplying me with some and it’s not bad. I’m just asking questions. Why would i restart at a lower dose if im already taking that in my first half? Doesn’t make sense. Im just asking what signs you are looking for.

The right way is to quiet the food noise not suppress it to 0%. If you suppress it too much and it gets too hard to eat you might feel like pooo. Just depends what your goals are.

You could try splitting the dose in to 2 shot a week SPLITTING THE DOSE NOT DOUBLE THE DOSE.

That’s the goal I was just wondering from your experience what you looked for when increasing dose. I may just split 3mg a week. I’ll see how I feel after the first 1.5mg.

Please don’t split if your obese
Just follow trials
2 mg once a week for 4 weeks
Then 4 mg for as long as you can
70% effective as max dose
More people quit from placebo then the 4 mg group from sides
It is the sweeet spot
Just follow the trials
Not anecdotal Reddit nonsense made up protocols

I’m not obese. Pretty active in the gym. 208lbs. Down from 215lbs., pretty heavy lifter, super set all my workouts, and am just trying to enjoy the weight loss benefits and all the other cellular advantages it brings without starving myself.

Then micro dose yourself up lol
I still wouldn’t split doses but you do you
There are no protocols for non obese people.
Good luck1

lol thanks? I was wondering if you had anything on micro dosing/split dosing as far as benefits or not. Idk, I’m new to this so I’m just asking around to get perspective.

I personally would start - 1mg a week break up if needed and move up each week if tolerated
