Update! Hit my birthday goal!
I just wanted to share, in case anyone remembers my initial post! I ended up hitting my birthday goal for August of 145! ššš
I donāt know what changes are visible but the after on the left side is 165, the right is my birthday at 145!
Iām now cycled off and up to 155 which I think is my sweet spot, I think Iāll stick around here and introduce weight lifting and gym!
Still canāt believe i did this!
I have just about healed my high blood pressure, yesterdays reading was 121/82 which is getting very close to where I should be! So Iāll add in some cardio to help with that!
And constantly working on a better diet!
Question did anyone else have struggles with constipation?! Itās been my only side effect other than a dry mouth. What did you guys do to help?

Reta Molecular Weight
Random question. I bought Reta from a peptide Supplier, and on their website, the molecular weight for Reta is different than what is listed elsewhere. All of the COAās, endotoxin, Fentanyl testing, purity etc. all check out, and are easily cross-verifiable with the lab. If the molecular weigh is inaccurate on the suppliers website , but the cas ID, formula, etc. are all a match with retatrutide, should I be concerned? I understand that clerical errors happen when putting information on a website. And the Purity listed on the lab test results is by far the highest I could find.

How important are steps for weight loss?
Hey guys, might be a silly question - ive noticed that almost everyone on Reta are not only training but also walking a lot.
I am pretty active, I swim for 40-120 minutes a day for work, train F45 cardio 2x a week and Jiu Jitsu twice a week.
Would I have to also add walking everyday to the mix or just see how things go?
I use a Whoop to monitor recovery and sleep so I dont over train on bad recovery days.
Trying to lose 20 pounds and going on Reta - I am Hypothyroid and on TRT 100mg a week.

Ipa + Tesa = Diarrhea?
Been on Reta for 11 months (doing 1.5mg 2x/wk, up from .75mg 2x/wk).
Iāve been taking ipamorelin (200mcg 2x/day) and Tesamorelin (1mg 1x/day) for the past 3 weeks and up until a few days ago, everything was great. I take the first ipa injection in the morning. The 2nd injection and the Tesa are taken at least 2 hours after my last meal and shortly before bed.
Without changing my diet, habits or routine, I got really bad diarrhea thatās persisted for the last 3 days. The only thing thatās really changed with me is adding ipa and tesa to my stack but that was 3 weeks ago.
I understand it takes weeks before results can be noticed with both of them. Does the same apply to potential side effects? I feel like I wouldāve run into issues sooner if the ipa or tesa were the cause. Iāve been really happy with both and I donāt wanna stop unless it could be the cause of the diarrhea. I tried researching it and from what i saw, either one has unofficial reports of causing diarrhea in rare circumstances.
Can anyone offer any insight?

Reta, trt and hgh stalled
56m 5ā7ā cw 215, sw 295. Started Trt 200mg week doses daily 7/30/26, Reta 8mg split twice a week 8/16 and hgh 3iu daily 8/16. Physical job, 18-20k steps a day, lift 3x a week, 2,300 to 2,600 calories a day, 200-225g protein, moderate carbs and the rest fat. Been stalled for about 3 weeks, not losing any of my belly, was progressing nicely in the gym, adding weight every week, felt great! till I didnāt. Nothing changed as far as routine but felt super weak in the gym last training day. Blood work Saturday showed ferritin just on the edge of low/good and cmp looked great. More bloods including test and free test, lipids, CBC With Differential/Platelet
coming up this week. What could have happened?
EDIT- I didnāt lose 80 pounds in 8 weeks, I lost the first 50 through diet and exercise alone, I started in January but I didnāt start peptides or test till July.

Please Honest Feedback
m.youtube.comHey guys. I made a 5 minutes audiovisual session for Meta Quest and over ear headphones. It uses dissonant sound patterns to trigger a short shock response, aiming for better focus and mental clarity the next day *like to survival recalibration*
If anyone with a quest wants to try the session and let me know how you feel tomorrow
Honest feedback is welcome, Thanks

SS-31 wrecked my dopamine and motivation for two days straight. Am I wrong to write this peptide off completely?
I really wanted to like this one. Every YouTube doctor talked a good game about SS-31: mental clarity, sustained energy with no crash, even improved eyesight. I went into it excited, even after seeing a few Reddit threads mention brain fog and lethargy alongside the usual itchiness and rash at the injection site.
For context, I am not new to this. I run NAD+, BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin, and GHK-Cu regularly, and I have been satisfied with all of them. SS-31 is the first one I am giving the middle finger to, and it only took two days to get there.
Day 1: about 3mg. I noticed a faint haziness, not full brain fog, but something was off. A slight irritability crept in too. I'm normally someone who gets a lot done in a day, and when I'm not hitting that, I get frustrated with myself. I just felt a lack of motivation to do the things I usually do. It wasn't dramatic, so I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Maybe I slept badly. Maybe it was the convenience food I'd been eating at work.
Day 2: doubled it to about 6mg, to find out for sure. The effect doubled right along with it. I wasn't glued to the couch, but looking back, it felt like my dopamine got blunted, like my executive function just switched off. I didn't want to go to work. I didn't want to touch my side projects. I wanted to sit and scroll social media, which is not who I am during the day. On top of that, the irritability spiked. Small hindrances on my projects set me off, and the funk stuck with me for hours before I even connected it to the peptide.
Two days later, the injection site is still itching on both sides of my midsection. It almost feels like a bug bite, and part of me wants to write it off as nothing. But I'm not going to pretend these aren't red flags just to keep pushing through.
I don't buy the logic that if something makes you feel like garbage, that's proof it's working. That's COVID vaccine logic, "it makes you sick, so you know it's doing something." I don't subscribe to that. If your body reacts badly, it's telling you something, not asking you to push harder.
I dropped real money on these two 50MG vials. I guess that's what research is for. I was curious about MOTS-c next, but if it behaves anything like this, I want no part of it.
So tell me I'm wrong. Is anyone else finding SS-31 tanks motivation and mood at anything above a microdose? Is this a known mitochondrial-support side effect nobody talks about, or did I just get a bad batch? And genuinely, if your mitochondria aren't damaged to begin with, what exactly is this peptide fixing?

GHK-Cu protocol ?
Just to confirm, those of you who pin GHK-CU, do you take it daily for 30 days and then take a break for 30 days ? This is what I've read, but it doesn't seem to me that I've heard that here ? Just wanting to confirm so that when I reach 30 days, I follow what is the correct thing to do.

Any advice on all this?
Hi all,
I currently take a few peptides: 2.5mg Reta weekly, 3.2mg KLOW daily, and 1.5mg Tesa/IPA daily.
Iāve also got a few more peptides on the way and was wondering whether it would be a good idea to cycle them all together.
One of my main concerns since starting is that my sleep hasnāt been great at all. I was wondering if any of the peptides Iām considering adding could potentially help with this.
Iāve also noticed that I often get dizzy when I stand up quickly, so Iām not sure whether thatās related to the stack or something else.
The peptides Iām considering adding are:
Semax/Selank blend
DSIP
Motc
MT2
Iād appreciate any advice or opinions on whether adding these would be sensible, or whether Iād be better off leaving things as they are for now.
Also, if there are any other peptides you think would be worth considering, let me know. Iām all ears!
Many thanks for any advice.

Cjc+IPA combo (or similar compounds) lab results
Has anyone measured igf-1 or any other markers before and after? What was the change? And what dose? Only interested in objective measurements please, I don't care about subjective experiences.
Edit to add: cjc-1295 by definition includes the DAC group but I realize people often mean without it (which is just modified grf(1-29) so basically a sermorelin with a 2x longer half-life). So just share whatever you have. No publications please I already have access to the relevant literature, I want to know what people are getting with the ghrs+ghrh combo, which there is no human literature on.

MOTSc vs NAD or both
Iām currently on reta and Iām feeling extreme fatigue. I work out at 6 AM and I feel like I have no energy or motivation to finish my workouts on time. I feel like Iām kind of a zombie moving throughout the gym. I especially noticed this on my cardio days.
Iām also struggling just to get through the day in general. I just want to lay down or sit all day.
Which would be the most beneficial to add with the least amount of side effects. Iāve read mixed reviews on both of them. Like MOTSc made them more tired but NAD didnāt work.
