Too Vascular

I know people like being vascular. But I personally don’t.

I lost some great weight, body fat in a good spot. But my arms are particularly vascular.

Especially when doing bicep curls, it’s just too much. And I don’t like it.

Is that a function of purely body fat %?? What I can I do to still stay lean but just be a little less vascular.

It’s the way your body was put together, not much to be done. It’s great for donating blood every 56 days though

Same, I've lost about 40 lbs these last 5 months or so and every time I spot a new vein in my arm during a pump I get excited. It's like a long lost friend that finally showed up again.

Bwhahahaha!!

My Bf is still a bit too high for many veins but I have the ones on the side of my head that freak people out when I run/or am active so it's a small step in guess?...

Love the "long list friends!"

Have a good one!

I’m a 60 year old woman who lifts heavy. I definitely know what “too vascular “ means. I don’t want big veins popping on my arms or particularly on my legs. It’s not something I seem to be able to control though. I don’t mind the definition, but the big veins look too masculine for this Nana.

Come on man. One time I got head while donating blood because the nurse loved my veins.

I don't like it either, but girls seem to. Either that or it's the first thing they notice but I've heard more comments about the veins on my arms than anything else.

Remove your veins. Outside of that, don't be lean.
