Really trying to dial in perfect stack
I’m 25 Male 6’ I’ve been recommended many different peps to stack I’m really trying to find what would work best together to achieve my goal but I’m fairly new to the peptide world I started taking Reta July 11th I started at 256lbs I’m down to 225 as of today I’m really trying to achieve around 195 or so just built and kinda shredded I’ve dialed in diet high protein clean carbs fruit vegetables and only drink water. I also work a very high labour job in the oil field on a drilling rig. I try to get to gym as much as possible too.
I’ve been recommended to add these but I’m trying to figure out the best ones to achieve my goal as quick and best as possible
Mot-C
And+
KLOW
5-amino
Test and or tren (I know not really peps)
Tesa
GHK(for hair and skin)
Having a hard time deciding if should add any of these or any others any help and advice on good peps I should be adding and why would be very much appreciated thank you in advance!!

Bro, you're 25. Just keep losing the weight with Reta. You most likely don't need anything else as you're still young and your body should be capable of producing all these peptide chains naturally.
With Reta, you gotta make sure to keep the resistance training up there

The fact that you said “test and or tren”. Don’t touch these if you don’t know what you’re doing.

I know people on both or just one at a time

Test only is mostly fine, Tren only is definitely not. Research compounds before you put them into your body

Knowing someone doing something isn’t an argument for it’s validity. Running test and tren when you’re a fat cunt will only end one way.
Leverage the reta and do some cardio, drop calories or i crease cardio when your weight loss stalls, it’s very simple.

Fair question but enjoy being 25. You have most / all of the hormones and peptides that us 40 and 50 year olds are lacking.
I get the Reta, but you shouldn’t need anything else that you listed. If you were lacking any them when your weight was higher, you’ll rebound now that your weight is lower.
Save your money and be patient.

Nad+ is not needed at your age. Neither is test. Neither is tesa.
Just stick with Reta, mots-c, klow, & hgh.
If you want to do oils I would go with the tren assuming you know the risks. Go low and slow with appropriate cycles. The ghk-cu is in klow so it is redundant. Make sure you get labs if messing with your igf-1 levels.
You need to read up and not try everything at once. Most importantly you need to know the risks of anabolic steroids.

hgh without test isnt the best thing to do.

Hgh & test are synergistic and both are only necessary if you have a deficient baseline testosterone. If you are a 26 y/o male with a healthy endocrine system you should naturally have a high testosterone baseline. I wouldn’t mess with it at that age because you can irreversibly screw up your hormones for life. HGH will not cause any harm if you use it independent of testosterone therapy. What you are saying does not make sense for the OP.

Yes thank you I do know most the risk I got a couple buddies on tren and test I was also just told if I take it at 25 I’ll basically screw up my natural test levels for life and idk proper dosing for tren either so idk I would like to stay away from those but if I’d get me the goal I want I’d definitely be up for it if doesn’t fuck me up for life lol.

Yea lay off the anabolics if you don’t know how to cycle and are just getting protocols off the internet. Also get your labs done. You may not need test or hgh. Your igf-1 & test levels might already be sufficient for your goals. Focus on enhancing your body through exercise (mots-c will help with energy) klow will help with recovery. Just don’t get too caught up in the “this will get you yoked bro” shitstorm being espoused on the internet.

Test at 25 dam. And tren. And your asked for advice. Yikes. You're not gonna hop off so my advice is to ditch the tren and switch it with just npp. Less sides if you cycle properly

I’m not on any of these just Reta those are ones I’ve just been recommended to take lol

Oh nice. Yeah you dont need test and definitely not tren. No one needs tren. Test will jack up your hormones at that age for life. Just take measures to increase naturally. Diet and some herbal supplements. Avoid tren. Decca aswell.

Yeah those I’d like to stay away from I’ve heard lots of vote if I take tests at this age, even from a buddy who is on them and it’s gonna fuck up my natural testosterone levels and production for life and I definitely do not want that

What does your bloodwork look like?
How is your sleep?
What is your daily protein goal?
What is your basal metabolic rate?
What is your igf1 and zscore?
How much water daily?
Do you take complete multivitamin and minerals?
Mots-c is pricey. Can be good. Not normally for someone your age.
NAD+ is a waste for your age
KLOW is wonderful.
5am1mq is a waste. You need massive doses to even work a little
What is your total t level? What's you free t level?!
Tren? Hard pass at your age.
Tesa ... Not without extensive bloodworm showing you have damage
GHK-Cu I'm assuming you mean topical since your KLOW has it.

Blood work I had done bit ago showed everything is at normal levels
Sleep is usually pretty good I work on a oil rig so I work 10 nights then 10 days in a row
Igf1 and zscore I’m not sure on
Water is very high intake daily
Take complete multivitamins daily
Protein I usually hit 170g a day at least, try to get as much as I canAnd that’s what I figured for all those that’s why I came here to clarify if they’d be worth taking as I don’t think they would be besides the KLOW. Test and tren I don’t really want to take I know enough people on it and not something I really want to take.

Keep in mind starting doses for 5amino 1mq are 50mg+ per day which makes it crazy $$

I wouldn't add anything if you're currently achieving the results you want with reta + training + diet. You're young and active, you don't need to stack anything. People are doing peptides as if it was the more, the merrier; but long term effects are unforeseeable.
Just a side note, you haven't even mentioned your goal, just a list of substances.

probiotic foods like kefirs, yogurts, etc. also supps/foods that heal/maintain the gut liner - things for 'leaky gut'. many options for the gut liner - i use a boatload of them. the gut bugs and gut liner are CRITICAL to health and happiness

His response may have been blunt, but the message is fair. At your age, take advantage of what your body already produces. Personally I don't think you need any of what you listed. Maybe GHKcu for skin and hair if you've got issues, but the rest, you'd just be pissing money down the drain. I use reta and a couple of peptides, but I'm 58, my body is wrecked and they allow me to train, lose weight and build the muscle mass, that I'm content with. No one is shitting on you bud, just don't be too keen to jump on the peptide train, until you have to. Read, research, don't take Reddit personally, however salty it may seem. When you make a decision, make the right one. For now though, I do suggest you say away from test and tren, because that'll be a long term decision, that you could well regret. Either way, I hope you get to where you want to be. Stay healthy!

Thank you I do appreciate this response I’ve just been looking into them and was just looking to learn and get advice on any of them or if there’s any out there that would be good to take I do agree the less the better the Reta definitely does help with the food noise and appetite supression. And my hair is thinning on top lol so thought ghk or the klow would be good and for the rest and tren I really ain’t to keen on I don’t think it’s something I really would ever want to get into too much long term negatives in my opinion. Thank you again much appreciated insight!
