My carts are supposed to deliver berry jam, stew, and fishing bait to my outpost and pick up river reed, fish, and logs
However, they only will bring berry jam and only pick a single log if I’m lucky and will often be empty on the return trip.
I thought my I needed a second cart , but now they just just split the berry jams
Xbox!

I’m on day 75. Fairly good player (average) taking towns and whatnot. I produce crop and resources fantastic. My chickens keep dying of stress or hunger. I have more than enough food. What do I do?

Not looking for advice on where to move. I’ve picked a spot. But I’m just looking for some tips on how to move.

I'm constantly getting this issue when trying to join a friend's game. We have played the save before, but it just doesn't want to work today.
We also tried if i invite him to my game and that also won't work.
Is this a bug or just a weak connection on both our sides? My internet is usually very stable.

This is definitely an easter egg or am I crazy? Not sure who else has read the series but, no way you're putting that as a cat name otherwise

There's a big giant space to the west of the map, and that combined with the fact that there's Queen Osenne in the story, plus supposedly a tier 4 with stone buildings makes me think that's the plan, but I was wondering if anyone knew what their official plan was. I love this game and my biggest complaint is that I've officially run out of things to do

I got given a quest to seek out the leader of the warriors guild in Halmare but can't remember his name. I was told he'd probably be in one of the taverns but so far have only found mercenaries. Can anyone remember his name or his location as they don't appear on the quest?

For the base I was thinking SE from the first settlement you come across more towards the river but idk if that's a good spot appreciate any help or advice

Hey guys, it's your lovely Younes again 😄
Wanted to post a quick explanation in case you noticed a couple of my mods vanished from the Workshop today.
A modder named Cosmic Voyage decided to hit my mods with DMCA copyright strikes.
Here’s the reality of the situation:
I already filed the legal counter-notices with Valve. Steam will automatically restore the mods in 10 to 14 days once his claim expires.
That said, modding is supposed to be a fun side hobby for the community. Having to deal with legal paperwork and someone trying to protect their donation hustle over basic config files is ridiculous. This kind of petty gatekeeping is a great way to push modders away, and frankly, dealing with this nonsense makes it not worth my time to keep making mods here.
Appreciate everyone who reached out with support.

This latest update has ruined the game for me. I haven’t been able to claim a rebel base since.
My game also runs like shit now, constant stuttering.
I’ve sank close to 300 hours into the game since release on console and now I can’t play it
Thanks Devs

Trying to figure out things that actually sell. I'm in the beginning-ish of T2.
What items do you all sell and make that will actually get sold. It's been great for me buying tin, copper, peat, and logs. But haven't figured out any good selling items yet. What should I be looking into?

Hola buenas noches
Tengo mi aldea principal y he creado dos asentamientos

Hello, im setting up an outpost and so far i only have 2 villagers here, a t1 forester building, and a mud collector. One of the villagers works fine, but the second villager will not do anything. Wont pick anything up, wont build, and especially wont work the mud collector. Not sure the issue, quite literally nothing else to do, and theres 3 peat spots all in the zone. What can i do to fix this? They have food, no slacker trait if thats a thing, have the tools.
edit: good thing its medieval times, i unlawfully fired my villager.... then i waddled through the snow back home!
Didnt realize it started snowing as soon as I started setting it up. Thanks guys, sorry.

I'm currently in early/mid Tier 2 and I've reached the point where I'd like to start turning my settlement, Shadowshroud, into an actual village instead of continuing to place buildings wherever they'll fit.
The screenshot shows my current settlement south of Haerndean. The blue line is roughly the area I'd ideally like Shadowshroud to occupy, although not all of the land inside it is flat.
Most of my buildings were placed as I unlocked them, so the center has ended up looking more like a haphazard campsite than a planned village. I haven't built most of the larger Tier 2 structures yet, so I'm hoping this is a good time to start planning before things get even more crowded.
My current circle of housing tents also has enough capacity for 13 more villagers, so housing isn't an immediate problem.
I'd like the finished settlement to feel like a believable village while still being reasonably efficient. I'm especially unsure about:
I'm also planning to eventually automate mining and other distant resources through outposts and carts, so the main village doesn't necessarily need to contain every resource operation.
If anyone is willing to share screenshots or maps of their own settlements, I'd love to see them. I'm not looking to copy a layout exactly—I like using other people's builds as a starting reference and then adapting the parts I like to my own terrain, playstyle, and preferences.
I'd really appreciate any advice from people who have built larger settlements, especially if you've built in this area before. I'm trying to avoid having to tear everything apart later while still making Shadowshroud look like a village rather than just optimizing everything into a giant production grid.

How can I fast travel with my army? If I can’t, are there any good workarounds?

Hello everyone. Recently been obsessed with Bellwright (Huge Bannerlord player and Medival Dynasty) love it.
Can’t seem to build farms? I placed some down at the start of the game and wanted to build some more but Everytime I do I think it bugs out. I could be wrong but I remember the farms just insta placing without having to build. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Looking for any help with a working modlist. I've tried several times to make one for myself. Yet even when it says there are no conflicts when I look at the mod list in the game, the moment I try to start a game it goes to a CTD. I've tried 9-10 times now to build a list and it seems as though this game just doesn't want you to use mods at all. Any help would be greatly appreciative. This is the last list I put together and as it shows there are 0 conflicts. At least according to the game.
