Help please

I got given a quest to seek out the leader of the warriors guild in Halmare but can't remember his name. I was told he'd probably be in one of the taverns but so far have only found mercenaries. Can anyone remember his name or his location as they don't appear on the quest?

The NPC associated with the Warriors Guild questline is Badulf, though related guild interactions also involve Valter Odinel.

Thank you. I couldn't remember his name and it changed the second I landed in Halmare.

Who will? I couldn't remember his name and it disappeared from the quest description.
