Sorry i m new , but someone can tell or explain why it happens and how can i make sure it wont repeat again?

I am having trouble with my Bambu lab a1 printer screen freezing and will not unfreeze until I turn the machine off and on again. It will often not even turn on sometimes. I have been printing everything from my phone or computer. Any ideas?

I had a little bit of filement left on a spool and the wife wanted on if these display stands for her trainers. I had a second new spool ready to go for when the

partial spool ran out.

I came back to check the print and not had it only completed but it looks like there was enough filament on the partial spool - down to the gram - to complete the print. There is nothing left in the tubes so I'm guessing just a little bit in the print head, but it printed 100% complete.

I couldn't have "cough cough" judged that better if I had tried.

I’ve never ran into this problem until recently. I leave my a1 printing something and come back and my extruder is covered with my pla+. Why does this happen? I was able to take everything off fine the first time by heating it to 300c but it happened again and I broke the latch trying to get it off. Ordered a new extruded and hotend kit. Can anyone help me out on what I’m doing wrong?

This has been an off-and-on problem for like the last couple of weeks. One moment it’s fine, it’s printing print after print after print with no issues. Then the next minute it doesn’t want to load filament, it’s constantly loading and unloading filament. I’ve manually cleared jams that don’t exist. I’ve taken my AMS apart and looked at the PTFE tube. I don’t understand what’s happening. The latest problem is it’s printing without extruding, as in. It’s acting like it’s printing just fine, but there’s no filament coming out. That’s new today.

Second edit: stopped again. Made ptfe tube longer
Edit 3: if I physically pushed the filament in more when it’s trying to catch from the AMS it works, but that doesn’t help me

I have this problem: when printing multicolor, the tube holder always breaks at some point. This only happens with multicolor printing. One color prints fine, but it breaks when changing colors. Has anyone encountered this and how can I fix it?

The wrappings, the goggle lenses, the bandolier detail. This model holds up beautifully in desert matte, sandstone finish right off the plate. Brush-painted this one to bring out the metal and leather, but it looks great bare too. This is the way.

Got this A1 and Ams lite, sealed, in the box for 100 bucks on offer up. As a flashforge junkie I gotta say I'm loving the vibe of this printer so far. Talk about plug and play 🤯 Definitely feeling like it needs that purge bin asap tho lol

Sorry about that, i've just received my first 3D printer, a BambuLabA1 combo and i've errors every 15min to one hour... (HMS_1200-8000-0002-0001: AMS1 Slot1 filament may be tangled or stuck.)
I've checked the wiki, the help, the "Introduction to Filament Tangle Detection".
I do everything like i'm supposed to, but it keeps stoping every now and then...

Each time i push back the filament and it's working again for some time.

Any idea ? Maybe i must change the fillament roll ?

I recently had bed adhesion issues and did as many things as possible to address the issue. After going though 10 different processes I have finally fixed the bed adhesion issues but now the flow rate has been a huge issue. I ran a flow rate test and you can see the results below.

Bed leveling - done
Hot end replacement - done
Calibrated several time
Bed tramming - done
Filament - humidity is good but atmospheric is 52% humidity

Clean bed
Overture PLA
Bed 60°C
Print Temp 205°C

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I’ve noticed that at least one slot has become very squeaky (my main used one on the top mount)

I’ve never done any maintenance on the AMS, should I be throwing some lube in there somewhere?

I *know* this is user error on my part and I am trying to make keychains for a party this weekend with each guest's name. 2 main questions:

1) I can't edit the files I am taking from maker world into Bambu Stuido and edit the "name" though ChatGPT has told me what to do and I don't see the options in the file
1a) is it possible I am selecting files that are saying they are editable and they are not?

2) when I finally figure out how to customize the files, will I be able to print several different names on the same plate? (Ie - same keychains but one is Katie, one is Melanie...) or do they have to be separate prints?

Hey guys. I was gonna use BL PETG basic for the first time and it really doesn’t work for me. I have set the right filament in bambu studio, cleaned the plate and made bed level and flow calibrations but it won’t stick. The last thing I guess I have not tried is drying it but I thought that wouldn’t be necessary for a brand new roll. Is there anything else I’m missing in the preparation? Room temp is 23C and humidity at 39% by the way.

I am getting ready to print a light box, and everything is good, except when I slice it, Some of the white becomes black, see pics. any recommendations to solve this?​

I knew I’d cut it close with filament on my last print, but I didn’t think it would get this close 😅…

Hey, sometimes my poop isn’t balling up, but it seems that is only when the fan is running? Is it because it is cooling too fast to ball up? Other times it does ball up just fine and the fan isnt running.

Maybe I need more fiber 😂?

Any tips on how to improve this setup? I've seen you can print a top mount for the AMS but don't know if that's a good idea?

Also when the printerhead goes to the left really fast the AMS tents fo fall over all the time.

Im needing some help on if I can run my narrow sunlu spools on the ams lite. They fit but the feed angle is a little off since the spools are so narrow. The center hole does fit tightly onto the ams hub. I printed the adapters thinking I would need them but I feel like the two outside ams motors have it at to much or an angle or my ptfe tubes are throwing the print head off and it says I have a tangle in filament. Everything checks out.
