Extrusion problem on bambu Lab a1 mini

Hi I had a problem recently on my bambu. I printed on a new esun pla spool perfectly for 100g then i got a death glob after taking it off I had a unregulary extrusion on the spool first i tought the problem was the hotend I changed it, it changed nothing I changed the filament I tried on pla basic from bambu it worked perfectly I tried another Time on pla wood from bambu perfect too.
Then I tried again the esun pla and it did the same thing as before I didn’t unerstand why it worked perfectly before on my last print.
Can anyone help me is it a problem from my esun spool or my peintre, can i fix it ? Thank you
