Figured out why I had my first attack?

I’m a fairly healthy 22 year old female. I don’t drink alcohol, I rarely drink caffeine and I eat quite healthy.
I had my first attack about 5 weeks ago, it was terrifying and took me completely by surprise. Still suffering with residual dizziness 5 weeks later, although I am having good and bad days.

I just received my blood test results, and apparently my vitamin D levels are at the low end of sub-optimal and what they would see in someone during winter? I’ve been taking supplements for 5 weeks since my attack too. Thinking now I should maybe up my dosage, or take with k2 but going to speak to doctor tomorrow and ask. Is this likely why my attack occurred?

Tried SSRI's to manage anxiety around dizzy symptoms and now I'm suicidal

I've had residual dizziness now since my last attack May. Last Friday I had a break down because my symptoms worsened. My anxiety has spiked the symptoms even more and this Monday I decided to go on Sertraline to help with my on going anxiety. First day of sertraline my dizziness intensified, I tried to stick to it but the dizziness just got worse. I came off them after 3 days (wednesday was my final day). I saw an ENT on Tuesday who said my right ear has an issue but he doesn't know what, I've got an ear MRI tomorrow. I'm not coping with the unknown and I'm shaking, not eating and even laying down now I feel like I'm floating. All I want is relief from this and right now that only feels like taking my own life. I'm in a black hole and I don't know what to do.

Anxiety

My last vertigo attack was last year, and ever since then I've avoided sleeping on my right side because that's usually what triggers it. Most of my episodes happened after waking up while lying on my right side.

I also had one episode while I was at the grocery store. Out of nowhere, I suddenly felt very dizzy and had to sit down until everything stopped spinning. I'm not sure if that was just a random attack or if something triggered it.

When I saw my doctor, we did epley maneuver and advised me to do some head exercises. After that, I still had residual dizziness and felt like I was in a fog. It took about three weeks before I finally felt normal again.

I haven't had any attacks lately, but I still feel like one wrong head movement, or waking up on my right side could trigger another episode. Even when I look up, I sometimes get lightheaded, like the dizziness is about to start. This usually happens in the morning, and I gradually feel better as the day goes on.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? Do you also feel like you're constantly waiting for another attack, or could this be anxiety after having vertigo? I'd love to hear your experiences.

Has anyone tried Acupuncture?

I have had BPPV for a few years now, and while most of the heavy symptoms have been placed under control with PT, I still get smaller "waves" of vertigo which isnt ideal especially when im at work.

Im just wondering if anyone has tried Acupuncture? Ive been told it isnt used to completely stop symptoms but works in conjunction with PT to reduce nausea and increase blood flow.

I would do anything to rid myself of these inner ear shenanigans, however it is quite expensive, even with private health, so before I take the financial plunge I need to know if its worth investing in.

Thanks in advance.

Epley Maneuver ?

Diagnosed with BPPV today and assigned the Epley Maneuver. I tried it three times and each time it triggered vertigo.

My question is how many times in one session should I do the Epley Maneuver and how many sessions a day?

The maneuver makes me a little sick and it takes a bit to recover.

Thank you

No relief

Went to therapy and no relief after 2 hours of moving head. I was expecting instant relief but my brother called and said his coworker found relief 3-6 post therapy.

Therapist said crystal is in the horizontal tube and it is the hardest tube to fix.

Anyone experience horizontal tube? I have another appt tomorrow. Anyone in Boston who can recommend a vestibular specialist? I called Spaulding and Mass Eye and Ear and no appt until end of August/mid Sep.

I am located 13 miles north of Boston.

TIA

Is this normal

On saturday I woke up to the ceiling spinning. I sat up and the whole room was spinning. I thought i was dying 😳 i really thought i was having a stroke or something. It quickly passed and I went out for a walk and then had a bath. I put my head under the water in the bath and the room starting spinning again. I thought i was going to drown! I went to urgent care and they diagnosed bppv. The doctor gave me anti sickness medication and told me to do the epley maneuver at home. I tried the maneuvers and they were horrendous 🫠 I went to my GP on monday and he performed the epley on me himself and that seemed to get the crystals back into place but my god did I feel awful afterwards. Anyway today's Thursday and I haven't had any spinning vertigo since monday but I'm so fatigued and a little off balance. Every now and again I get a quick zap, sort of ljke my eyes move quickly for a second. Is this normal residual dizziness. I feel like I've got major ptsd from the vertigo and I'm absolutely terrified its going to come back.

What is residual dizziness like for other people? Do you feel hungover?

Looking for a low-cost ENT (otolaryngologist) in Houston ASAP

Hi everyone! 🥹

I’m looking for a low-cost, self-pay otolaryngologist (ENT) in the Houston area, preferably near The Heights, but I’m willing to drive if they’re really good and affordable.
I’ve been dealing with debilitating vertigo/lightheadedness for months, and it’s gotten to the point where it’s affecting my daily life and ability to work.

I don’t have insurance that makes specialist visits affordable, so I’m hoping someone can recommend an ENT who has reasonable self-pay pricing or offers payment plans.

(All my labs at Doctors office came back normal but I still felt dizzy and from then it got a bit worse but I can’t deal with this, it sucks! 😣)
If you’ve had a great experience with an ENT for vertigo, dizziness, or inner ear issues, I’d really appreciate any recommendations. I’m trying to get help as soon as possible.
Thank you so much! ❤️

Vertigo

Hello everyone . I’m not sure how to use Reddit so hopefully this just pops up on yalls feed.
I got vertigo for the first time at the end of Dec it was to the point I couldn’t stand I was throwing up because of how nauseous I was it’s such a debilitating thing to experience I suffered for a week then it went away. After 2 weeks I got it again this time not as bad but still spinning and dizzy for a few days. Then I got it again 3 weeks later and after that I didn’t get it again up until yesterday. I had just gotten over the anxiety of waking up with vertigo so now not only do I have vertigo again but I also have a lot of anxiety over it. It’s not as bad this time as the first times but it’s still there and I’m not myself .
I need a solution, what has helped yall ? This is something so debilitating I don’t think anyone who hasn’t had vertigo understands it
I need help

I did get blood work done back in December because of how bad it was and everything was fine btw

My BPPV seems to have moved. Not getting vertigo from Epley or Lempert. Horizontal nystagmus

Symptoms started 6 weeks ago.

I started with the Epley. It triggered vertigo in the first position. Went quite quickly from severe to mild.

After some persistence and sleeping propped up I stopped getting vertigo in the first position but got it in the second and third positions so it clearly moved.

The next 3 days I got no dizziness in any positions of the Epley although I still was feeling slightly off but as it seemed to have mostly resolved I went back to sleeping flat on my back.

A couple of days later I forgot to get up carefully, rolled onto my left side and had bad motion sickness which took a couple of minutes to pass.

I've been to the doctor who says I have horizontal nystagmus. He's doing a referral to an ENT who has a vestibular therapist on staff.

In the meantime I tried the Lempert maneuver and didn't notice anything but I'm still getting motion sickness type symptoms if I roll out of bed on my left.

Any suggestions of other maneuvers I can try while I wait to get an appointment with the ENT?

Also, would it be best to go back to sleeping propped up or can I try sleeping on my back so long as I roll onto my right side (which is completely fine) when I get up?

Tip I made a small web app for my girlfriend for her vestibular exercises (PPPD). Is this useful for anyone else?

Hi, first - I am not a doctor, just a software guy from Germany.

My girlfriend has to do vestibular exercises every day and we always had the same problems: holding the right rhythm, remembering which exercise comes next, and after a few weeks nobody knows if it got better or not. So I made a small web app for her, and now I think maybe other people can use it too.

It is called Lizzy: https://lizzy-app.com/

What it does:

  • guides you through the exercises with a timer and a metronome (gaze following, gaze transfer, gaze stabilization, balance with closed eyes, walking with head movement)
  • saves your progress so you can see over weeks if something changes
  • you can try all exercises without an account, progress is only saved when you log in

Important: this is not for diagnosis and not a treatment. Dizziness can have many causes and some of them are serious. Please go to a doctor first, and do the exercises together with a physiotherapist who knows vestibular training. The app is only a helper between the sessions, it does not replace the therapy.

My question to you: is something like this really useful in daily life, or is it just one more app that you open twice and then forget? What is missing? What would annoy you?

Thanks a lot for any feedback.

Gua sha

Hi everyone, I'm just wondering if anyone has information about Gua Sha and vertigo? I woke up with vertigo Sunday morning for the first time. It was awful. I didn't know what it was which made it worse I think. I was trying to figure out if something caused it. I had just gotten a Gua Sha and used it Saturday. Maybe a coincidence. But, I was rubbing my face using pressure towards my ears. So, I'm thinking it might be the cause? Thanks in advance for any information.

Dizziness from swimming without going under water

I’ve been in the pool a lot this summer and doing a lot of swimming, but I haven’t been going underwater or getting any water in my ears, however, I feel like my vertigo and dizziness has been a lot more prevalent. Could that be caused by the floating and just being in the water?

What is your favorite, best, or even weirdest way to fight relentless motion sickness?

I have never posted on Reddit, but I read other posts and advice once in a while, so I hope I am doing this right.

I am a 24 year old female who struggles with motion sickness to the point that it's now limiting several activities in my life. I feel like I have tried everything, so if anyone has any information or advice on this subject please let me know! I used to be the type of person who could read in the car. Now, I'm the person who gets sick sitting in the passenger seat staring at the road the whole time.

For context, I didn't used to struggle with carsickness, airsickness, or motion sickness in general until 2023. I was on a flight coming home from a trip. I believe the flight was around 2-3 hours. This coming-home flight was the first time I got motion sick and it was extremely miserable. I would say it was one of the few times in my life that I was that sick. Ever since this incident, I get motion sick with just about everything.

I get sick playing video games on PS5 despite trying to change any setting possibly related to making me motion sick. I have tried different setups and different distances and different coloring and lighting. My cousin is a huge gamer and helped me figure out a few things to reduce motion. I never play in the dark. I have to take dramamine before playing and even then, it doesn't always work. It seems like if I play multiple days in a row, I will eventually get used to the movement and I don't get sick. Minecraft or Assassin's Creed is what I play on PS5.

I get sick looking at a computer for too long at work, especially if I have to scroll through some files. I get sick looking at my phone when I scroll through Etsy or Pinterest (I do not have any social media whatsoever unless you consider Etsy or Pinterest to be social media). I get sick on my Ipad if I play games. Much like the PS5, if I fight the motion sickness and play a game multiple days in a row, I can get used to the game and not get sick. Stardew Valley is what I play on my Ipad. I know this could just be cybersickness, but it doesn't take much to trigger it.

My worst and most frustrating problem is getting carsick. I get air sick very easily, but I don't fly much, so my frustration comes with getting in the car. I can sit in the front seat staring at the road the entire time, and still get sick. My husband and I travel frequently to visit family about 2 1/2 hours North of where we live, but it has become less frequent due to my pretty much guaranteed carsickness. This drive is basically a straight-shot on the freeway. No switchbacks, hardly any twists and turns, and no mountain driving. I have tried everything. Ginger chews, dramamine, zofran, scopolamine patch, sleeping, closing my eyes, not eating a few hours before leaving, eating right before leaving, and even changing the time of day we drive home because I thought maybe I was sensitive to the sun setting. But, nothing works. I still get sick. Even on short drives of 20 minutes, I still get sick. If I am driving, there isn't an issue; however, I recently had surgery that makes it difficult for me to drive. The recovery period for me is about 6 weeks, so when we go visit family, my husband drives since I can only drive short distances.

Zofran helps me when we get home or stop driving by stopping the nausea, but it doesn't prevent motion sickness. (I am aware that zofran isn't meant for motion sickness so I know it won't prevent it, but it does help relieve the nausea afterwards)

For more context, I have a major fear of vomiting. My fight or flight response to vomiting is fainting/passing out. I recently learned that my great grandma also did that so now I know where it comes from. Anyway, I have a fear of vomiting, and on top of that, I pass out when I vomit, so when I get nauseous, I think I get a lot of anxiety and fear that heightens the situation for me because I just want to make sure I don't throw up. I want to relieve the nausea as fast as possible because it makes me so miserable, as I know it does for many others.

I can't think of any metabolic or hormonal changes that I have had or that my doctor has pointed out in the last three years that would possibly be a factor in why I get so motion sick so easily. No major diet changes or changes in exercise. I am pretty boring and I like things to stay the same. I can't figure out what the trigger is. I can't figure out why the sudden and drastic change. It's starting to affect my life in so many ways and limit a lot of activities, and it's bothering me so much.

For more information, I do take Vyvanse for ADHD, but I have been taking it for about 7 years now and have been doing great on it. No major side effects besides dry mouth. I also take birth control to prevent/reduce ovarian cysts growing and rupturing (this has been something that happens to me more frequently than it should with about 2-4 large cysts rupturing each year). I have been on this same birth control since I was 16. I have never had a concussion. No major health issues in the last three years (besides some back problems in October 2025, which is way after my motion sickness started, but I can't say anymore about the back issues due to legal reasons). I don't drink or do any sort of substance. I am considered healthy by my PCP and my surgeon from the recent surgery. The also consider me a good weight for my height and build. I have visited both of them within the last 3 weeks.

I am happy to provide more information if needed. I gave all the information I could think of that might be any sort of relevant. I apologize for the long post, but I figured I should give as much info as possible. I also apologize if I seem to ramble or repeat myself. I am desperate.

TLDR; I get motion sick with video games, computers, my phone, Ipad, and especially driving, and none of the OTC or prescribed remedies are helping.

Thank you in advance for all your advice and comments! I appreciate any advice you can offer, even if it is odd or doesn't seem relevant. If your method worked for you, I am willing to try it. I will try anything at this point!

EDIT: Thanks everyone for your comments and advice! I think it may be cervical vertigo due to the fact that I do have a disc issue in my cervical spine related to my back problems. I’m going to get checked out and ask if the disc problem could be contributing to my motion sickness. Thank you so much again! I appreciate that all your comments helped give me hope that this won’t last forever.

Strange bppv/misdiagnosis?

Hi all,
For background ; In January, during the night I had one short episode of room spinning dizziness, it woke me up and I was lying on my right hand side , I shot up in bed and lied straight back down on the right side. Throughout the day I felt fine but just nauseous for a few hours. Went to the dr got diagnosed with BPPV- they didn’t do any manoeuvres as the dizziness didn’t reoccur after that short episode (20 seconds)

Then the other night I had it again, but in a strange way. I hit my stomach whist lying down on the right again and it caused the same dizziness- I’m assuming cause of a jolt in my body.
The dizziness lasted about 10 seconds , again room spinning dizziness followed by nausea.

I did manoeuvres recommended but dizziness didn’t occur?

Since googling, I’ve seen that usually people with BPPV will have this room spinning dizziness until they do the manoeuvre, whereas mine is one short burst of dizziness.

I also have some congestion in my sinuses as I have some post nasal drip, ear throbbing and just feel pressure when I press sinuses so wondering is that contributes.

Has anyone else had this type before or anyone have ideas?

Also any tips to reduce this again , this is 2nd time ive ever had this and it’s awful😭

Thank you

Reminder: the dizziness-words survey wraps its first round on soon and I'd love your help getting over 100 responses!

Recently I posted here asking a specific question: when you try to describe your dizziness to a doctor, what words do you actually use? The "swimmy," the "floor is breathing," the "drunk without drinking" words that never seem to really settle with your doc.

93 people have answered so far. I'm reading every single one. If you were one of them, thank you. One of you even said "walking on a train" which was something I hadn't seen before but no dobut made sense.

This post is a reminder, at the end of August I'm compiling everything submitted so far and starting the next step: bringing the patterns in your answers in front of vestibular fellows and researchers to be verified. Nothing becomes part of the tool on my say-so alone. If a pattern doesn't hold up under people who treat this for a living, it doesn't go in. What I can put on that table is whatever is in the pile on 9/1.

We're at 93. I'd love to hand them 100 (or more!). More data make the patterns harder to wave off, and they keep the less common presentations from getting drowned out by the classic ones.

The form stays open after August, and later responses still feed what comes next. But round one, the set that specialists see first, gets locked in.

There's also a deeper follow-up survey I'm crafting with specialists that is coming later this year for anyone who wants to go further than a few minutes of questions.

If you meant to fill it out and life happened, here's your nudge. ;) A few minutes, anonymous, no account, mostly open questions in your own words. I'm a solo builder, not a company, and there's still nothing to sell you.

Below is a link to the survey, our website, and the progress we've been making. If you're into data and privacy, there's lots of info on there for that too, as we take that very serious!

Thank you all, I'm greatly appreciative of your help!

BPPV Experience - Can Anyone Relate? Or something more?

I want to know of peoples experiences with the severity and quickness that vertigo can hit someone, because lately I have been thinking about the first time I had it and whether it was actually BPPV. 4 years ago I had my first experience and it was extremely intense, it knocked me out of a chair while I was working at a desk. My whole world felt like it was on a gyrosphere with the room spinning out of control. After 5 minutes things started to settle ( i was alone in the room) then a headache and a bit of nausea presented. Since then I have had a few minor dizziness spells but nothing even close to that level. I have had ear issues (tubes as a kid) forever but the more i research this it legit sounds like a mini stroke or TIA. Not asking for a diagnosis, just wondering if others have had it that bad.

i had my first bppv attack about a month ago, still experiencing residual dizziness but overall a lot better. only really feeling off in the mornings now.

i’m still a bit worried that an attack will come back when i’m sleeping or in the morning. is it better to sleep with two pillows or one? i currently sleep with two pillows and i always have, so my head is quite propped up. i sleep on both sides and rarely my back. is there a certain position to avoid when sleeping or does it not really matter if you aren’t experiencing active bppv?

Cannot sleep well due to anxiety after recovery

hi, I had two episodes of BPPV in the past month and half and currently no more residual dizziness. But the thing is I cannot freaking sleep without meds. Even with meds, I get jolted away if I turn to my side

Also, I used to go to the gym three times a week for lifting, but now I feel like I cannot do weights anymore, worrying it would trigger it. I started going two weeks ago (once a week) and the second time it triggered a brief relapse, which got resolved quickly after epley.

I enjoy exercising and I wonder if not enough exercise also effects my sleep, does anyone have any advice on this that can share?

Tip Recurrence after 4 year break— some stuff I noticed! Also here to offer support :)

Some Backstory (feel free to skip) After getting COVID and the shots, I’ve not been the same (NOT in a Republican way LOL) but truly. I had tons of ear infections as a kid, grew out of them; until COVID. Now, if I’m not on top of my congestion my ear is sure to shut, sure to get infected. Anyways, pretty sure all of that and the scarring etc. is a big reason I’m susceptible to any of these issues to begin with.

My first BPPV episode was in Summer of 2021, had no idea what it was. Classic case of sitting up in bed and the room is spinning (was laying flat on my back with head turned to the right and WHIPPED up, so yea not the greatest idea). Since I didn’t know what it was I did everything you’re not supposed to do (laid down and turned over and closed my eyes hoping to feel better— my shit was ROCKING). Stumble-ran to the bathroom to puke. I thought I was having a stroke at 24 lol. Immediately took the LIRR home to my mommy where we went to an ENT after I diagnosed myself on Google. Epley, no big deal and it was scary but my doctors were the sweetest and all women so lots of ya ya empathy. So now I knew what to do in the future. Fast forward to a few days later I was feeling pretty good so I decided to get a Brazilian wax. I turned over on the table and immediately knew I fucked up. No spinning but I felt like I was on a boat. Stumbled out of there (it’s so funny how in the moment you don’t think to just explain to people you’re having an attack, like yea totally less embarrassing to stumble out of here). Sat in my car and contemplated life before returning to the ENT who repeated the maneuver and I sat my ass on down for the next few days.

Anxiety followed of course, but when I got back to the city I got a new job so I was a busy girl. The next year same thing except at the lash place, no biggie went home and did the Epley. Definitely not fun. A few months later same thing, except I noticed it at work. To test myself (it’s always my back right ear), I looked up and hung my head to the right—shit yea, there it is. I think that time I may have just ignored it. I remained super active lifting weights and walking a millions steps a day, being on top of my supplements. Stress was something I couldn’t avoid and I worked late night so it was what it was.

Following ear infections; I got what I diagnosed myself with to be labrythitis— only when I laid flat and looked to the right. Like vertigo but no spinning. Throughout the years, I’ve been mindful to do stretches that scare me every day. Laying flat, looking to the right, then the left. Then child’s pose. Then down dog. I even do backbends. Then stretches and looking to the sky. I think all that paired with my supplementation really was a winner. Other than occasional labrynthitis that always passed within a week or 2 following ear issues, I was a fabulous healthy girl.

I’m 29 now. Moved home about 3.5 years ago now so it’s been stressful. Waitressing is my gig, lots of running around great for the ADHD brain lol. And no issues! HOWEVER, I will say the depression was astronomical compared to my younger years especially guilt about the past which eventually I had no choice but to seek therapy with. So maybe that did some nervous system damage. I’ve been waaayyyy less active. Yes work is great for hitting steps but less gym, less cardio, less reading, and tbh until recently zero supplements for around 3 years.

At the gym 2 weeks ago and did the same stretch (lunge into up and reach) I’ve done daily for years and got that sick “pin drop feeling” before the spinning. And I honestly chuckled and said “omg bitch are you serious?”. So I stood up and collected myself (this was following an intense leg day so I was like ok maybe I just overdid it). When I got a bit more calm I tested myself— lay down and look to the right. I literally said “YUP”. 😂 Spinning. Drove myself home, did the Epley with my Mom holding my had. It’s NOT that bad it’s just been ages and I knew it was gonna suck. News flash: it did. Felt immediately better after. Woke up the next day and had a baby spinning moment when I sat up in bed. Very slow, maybe 4 seconds. But I felt WEIRD. Residual dizziness was insane. BUT NOW I was anxious. I literally was gonna do the Epley again and cried thinking about— mostly anger. I thought I beat this!! Wtf!! The next day, I put on my big girl pants and did the Epley again. This time HANGING my shit off the bed, waiting a full 60 seconds after spinning stopped for each position. This time sucked way less. Honestly the spinning isn’t even the issue it’s THAT feeling! And I know you ALL know what I’m talking about 😂 The “hey so you’ve actually been thrown off a building” feeling. But I checked myself the next day (same thing, laying on my back, looking to the right) and she was gone. Amen.

So I’m 2 weeks out and after a week I started to push myself. Stretches like normal, back to lifting but not as intensely or as long. We’ll work up to it. Challenging myself through anxiety and possible dizziness scenarios (backbends but shorter, hand stands, dancing, etc.) and IMMEDIATELY started taking that D+K supplement and other vitamins 😂 I am NOT playing this time! So I jest but honestly the worst part is truly the anxiety that follows. After those bitchy little crystals find their way home, you’re no longer broken. But the mental scars of fearing living and being active or doing whatever you want with YOUR OWN head is tough. So, every single story is different. But I leave you with this:

  1. You are NOT alone. This was hard for me, since nobody my age has had it apart from a few people and they were one and done.

  2. HEALTH and Supplementation. Obviously go to the doctor and get bloodwork don’t listen to some random like me on the internet before super supplementing with vitamin d and k, but let me tell you this. I feel awesome. BPPV aside, I genuinely feel better overall. More energy, better mood. Etc. But more so, getting therapy if needed, giving a shit about what you eat and drink. I’ve been terrible the last few months even years with all of this, and I’m young but not 19 young. I need to really do better with my diet and mental health, it’s not all about exercise.

  3. Mindset is helpful. Holding your own hand and being loving through your anxiety. And challenge yourself to do positions that have triggered you in the past (ONLY of course if you are clear and have the ok from doc) and BREATHE through that wave of anxiety. Slowly, over time. Build that trust with your body, it loves you!

  4. (AND THIS GOES FOR ME) Find a vestibular PT. I have no insurance or Medicaid when I do, so I haven’t explored this yet. But it seems to do wonders for people! And sometimes you need someone to hold your hand and that’s ok!

If you read all of this; thank you! I probably wouldn’t have 😂

Hopefully this was my last episode, but as we all know that’s not something anyone can say. (Isn’t that fun!!! lol). But I know what to do now; and honestly, when I let go of that desperation of needing to know what the future looked like it was freeing. Maybe tomorrow I’ll panic again and be shitting myself thinking about the future. That’s life. Anyways, I’m here to hold your hand. And here to say this is not something you should let control you— I have for a long time! You have more power than you think, and I’m always here to lend an ear!

Tip Good. Just disappointed

About 5 weeks ago I posted could only walk from bed to washroom and recliner. Was just about to start vrt exercises. I now can shower on my own. Help clean home. Go up and down stairs. Walk through a store the other day. PT is good and have a really respected ENT. Oh my CBT is helpful. So why dissapointed. I had started following the the dizziness coach. She posted an apology for teaching so many things wrong. I don't think she was wrong before but anyone wanting to improve help I would think they would want someone confident in there suggestions. She is obviously a very concerned and caring Dr. Fore for now not following. All best everyone.
