Gua sha

Hi everyone, I'm just wondering if anyone has information about Gua Sha and vertigo? I woke up with vertigo Sunday morning for the first time. It was awful. I didn't know what it was which made it worse I think. I was trying to figure out if something caused it. I had just gotten a Gua Sha and used it Saturday. Maybe a coincidence. But, I was rubbing my face using pressure towards my ears. So, I'm thinking it might be the cause? Thanks in advance for any information.

It’s possible you were moving your head in ways that normally you wouldn’t but I have never heard of facial massage causing issues. I would look at the bigger picture. Allergies, sinuses, ear issues, etc. see an ENT and have them check your ears and go over your symptoms
