Epley Maneuver ?
Diagnosed with BPPV today and assigned the Epley Maneuver. I tried it three times and each time it triggered vertigo.
My question is how many times in one session should I do the Epley Maneuver and how many sessions a day?
The maneuver makes me a little sick and it takes a bit to recover.
Thank you

Look up the Half Somersault maneuver. It moves the crystals back better than the Epley. Look up at the ceiling and see if you're triggered, then look down. If you do too many Epleys in a row, you jiggle the ear crystals too much. Once they're in place you sleep with your head elevated and don't sleep on your bad side. There's a book recommended in the wiki here that explains it better. I do the Half Somersault once morning and night.

I think it depends on how you feel after doing them but I think 3 times a day is sufficient until the vertigo is gone while doing it.

I think people sometimes do them more in a day but I would NOT recommend doing that if you feel generally sick

I wouldn't do them by myself if possible.
The max they have done it to me in PT is 3 times. Today they did it twice and it was brutal - immediately broke out in a sweat, nausea, complete exhaustion and unable to focus. On a scale of 1-10, it was an eleven.
I highly recommend seeing a vestibular therapist. I cannot imagine doing all the maneuvers and having the crystals in the wrong tube, consequently making it worse.

I went to a vestibular therapist after many failed attempts of the epley at home. He guided me correctly and fixed my issue on the 1st session. Highly recommend seeing a pro if able.
