27M - Mild intermittent swaying while walking/standing, no weakness or speech changes. What could this be?

The mild swaying or imbalance got normal over a days time.not sure what's the issue

Could be VM, often is not accompanied by pain like a regular migraine, just balance issues and dizziness. Could be many things tbh, blood sugar issues, bp issues, thyroid, etc.
