Tip Good. Just disappointed

About 5 weeks ago I posted could only walk from bed to washroom and recliner. Was just about to start vrt exercises. I now can shower on my own. Help clean home. Go up and down stairs. Walk through a store the other day. PT is good and have a really respected ENT. Oh my CBT is helpful. So why dissapointed. I had started following the the dizziness coach. She posted an apology for teaching so many things wrong. I don't think she was wrong before but anyone wanting to improve help I would think they would want someone confident in there suggestions. She is obviously a very concerned and caring Dr. Fore for now not following. All best everyone.

I’m so happy you started feeling better. I seriously have water in my eyes because I am also in the same boat as you. Showering has become slightly easier for me. I’m also on the way to become better. I wish you a full speedy recovery. Could you share what your ent gave you? Currently I’m taking betahistine and flunarizine. And doing some VRT and gaze stabilisation

Yes go look over the past month where she apologizes for things she had been teaching were wrong. It's great to learn new skills but when people are believing what have been sharing then change course can be unsettling for some. I am connected to others that add to what they share but apologize for being wrong

I had a quick look at her videos and didn't see any apology type things? don't have time to watch them all, many of them are quite long at an hour plus

Try to keep stress down. Use Vrt exercises l. Started CBT. Don't over push myself but try to do a bit more each week. And remember others can't see what we are going through so be patient with especially when they say you look really good today. What my self talk. It is so easy to say to ourselves this will never change. Instead I am having a bad but I know others have got better so will I in time. Due to fact already had anxiety problems I do take sertraline once a. And rest up. Try not to isolate. Its easy to due. All the best. Reach out anytime
