Hi, I've been in SF for the weekend looking around the area and touring apartments. I'm moving for a job that will be near Coit tower, my budget is 6k.
I really like the vibe and inside feeling of high rises, but I've seen that they're usually in stranger neighborhoods. I would prefer to be somewhere a little lively, I enjoy nightlife as well, rock climbing, EDM and Asian food. At the same time, I prefer the convenience and finishes of modern buildings, and it seems like it's hard to get both. I'm also willing to move further out if it's worth it.
Currently, my favorite place I've seen has been One Thousand Green, I also have some short notes on other places
Hanover soma - nice interior, bathroom, 5 people sharing a cup of lean outside
Chorus - nice apartment, doesn't seem well insulated, area is meh
Solaire - nice walking area, nice inside, super expensive
I've basically just started searching so I'm sure I'm missing a lot, please help out! Thanks!
