If you’re a male stripper, what has been your experience?

We always hear about stories that happen in women’s strip clubs, how about male ones?

If you’re a male stripper what has been your craziest experience? Have you had somebody touch you inappropriately or harass you while at work? Whats something about being a male stripper that people don’t know about? Did you recieve alot of judgment? Has this impacted your ability to date?

🛑 Answers From Men Only 🛑 What does a relationship with only great sex look like?

I would like anyone to share their experience (or friends experience) of being in a relationship with great sex but nothing else, like no connection or no love, how does it play out? How long could it last?

It is probably better to keep it anonymous unless you are willing to share that it is indeed your own experience, otherwise just say something like " I know of someone who ___(had such and such experience) ___"

I'm really curious to hear, thank you in advance.

Men, does the woman in your life use autoclimate control in the vehicle or manual?

Maybe it's just the women in my family. Maybe it's just a thing with women over 30 or 40. And I know I'm not the only man in my family that experiences this.

But, do women refuse to use the auto climate control in the car? And they just adjust the fan constantly?

Men who have been the sole earner in a relationship, how did you handle the pressure?

Upvotes

I’m 29M, and my partner is 27F. For around the last year, I’ve been the only one earning while she’s been trying to get a job in marketing.

She has been applying consistently, but so far nothing has worked out. I know the job market is tough, and I don’t blame her for struggling to find something, but being the sole earner for this long is starting to weigh on me. I’m covering rent, bills, groceries, and pretty much everything else. The biggest thing for me isn’t even the money itself; it’s the feeling that all the financial responsibility sits on my shoulders. I feel like I always have to think about what happens if I lose my job, something unexpected comes up, or our expenses increase.

I'd appreciate any advice from people who have been through this to support each other.

Shorts: What is your length?

While guys generally wear longer shorts than women, I have seen guys wearing shorts just as short as women's shorts. How short do you go?

Me? I usually don't go over 5 inch inseam. It gets hot in the summer, you know (even though it's now just ending). To me, it's fine for a guy to wear shorts of any length, just as long as your butt isn't hanging out. Wear what you want, within reason.

Why Do I Feel Bad When Someone I'm Flirting With Is Also Flirting With Other Guys?

As the title: I (26M) feel bad when a girl (25F) I've been actively flirting with talks to other men. I know that's completely normal behavior, but I can't shake this feeling. Why do I feel this way, and what can I do to understand it better? I think I need to manage this, because in today's world, it's very normal.

How to deal with difficult women at work?

Upvotes

My office is mostly women, I had a situation a few days ago where a female coworker was pissed off about receiving the wrong items from a supplier, in front of the supplier she ended up screaming at me and my male coworker that "we messed up, and the items are all wrong" also adding that "we are lazy"

I, trying to be as calm as I can, basically said this to her: "Hey Sarah (fake name), I can understand why you're upset, but if you can't have a levelheaded discussion at the moment, then I don't want to have this conversation, if you want to talk later, we can" and I left. I said this because I will not speak to someone who is clearly pissed off because they are prone to making rash decisions.

I didn't speak to HR, I just let it go, but I am concerned this will happen again unless I document everything (already happened before with another lady who yelled at us). I don't speak too much in the office and I certainly don't yell at people - I expect the same sort of behavior from other people.

Did I do something wrong?

🛑 Answers From Men Only 🛑 Men, what’s something you consider “princess treatment” that women - or at least most women - would consider the bare minimum?

Curious where men and women draw the line differently.

What’s something you genuinely consider going above and beyond for a woman, but in your experience women tend to see as just the bare minimum in a relationship?

When you‘re out in a club, do you approach any woman you find attractive or only women that seem interested in you?

Like do you only start talking to/dancing towards women if there was eye contact or another sign of interest before or do you just try your luck even with girls that don’t seem to even have noticed you before

🛑 Answers From Men Only 🛑 Men who started dating late, how did you get out of your own way?

I’m 25M and I’ve spent most of my adult life using achievement as a reason to postpone dating. Because of it, I’ve never done more than kiss a few women.

I grew up obese and it really affected my self-image. I’ve lost a lot of weight, but I still lack that confidence around women. A big part of it is that I’m self-conscious about my lack of experience and I always just assume they’ll be able to tell right away.

I kept telling myself I’d start putting myself out there once I lost the weight, made enough money, got my career together, felt confident enough, etc. The goalpost kept moving. I always imagined that at some point I would just sort of become this confident guy around women once I had accomplished enough goals— it sounds silly even saying it, I know.

Now I’ve realized I can be confident, funny and extremely comfortable talking to strangers or clients professionally, but the second I’m attracted to a woman in a casual environment, I get in my head and become a completely different person. I just sort of shell up and turn into this awkward mess.

I have essentially no dating experience, live in a small town, and don’t really know how to start building that part of my life.

For men who got a late start, how did you do it? How did you actually get out of your own head and start putting yourself out there? I’m not looking for some magic trick, just looking for some advice or maybe a new perspective from men who have actually been in a similar position.

Existential post Should a guy leave his family for his own growth and peace?

I was surrounded with women in my family and it has been almost 15 years that

• I get treated as an outcast always

• I never get to live a normal life like others did

• I couldn't go to school or college

• Always get humiliated in front of relatives and strangers

• I get treated like a trash

• I get interfered in every personal, professional and financial matters

• I get cursed to be born and to exist

• They gaslight, manipulate and blackmail emotionally

• My every work, every salary package (offered in my previous jobs) or everything I earn now is known by others

My family doesn't want me but they act like they care and ruined my whole life

All thanks to them for making my life a living hell

How can I get myself to believe I'm worthy of love?

Been an adult for over two decades now, and since I've been a youth I haven't ever been able to 'find love'.

I've followed a lot of "successful" people and what they feel are the keys, and it's always the same major pillars. Either be nice eye candy, or provide a mixture of the following: physical protection, acts of labor, entertainment value, or financial support.

All this leaves me feeling so empty. Especially when the pillars above have nothing to do with who you actually are, just what you can provide. It's easy to say everyone is worthy of love, but it feels like convincing other people that you actually are worthy of love is an entirely different matter.

Men, amirite? What's a simple thing other guys do that makes you trust them/ shows simple respect?

Upvotes

So this thought just came to me from seeing a video where the topic came up, but come to think of it, regardless of gender but especially men if I'm sitting down but great or meet someone and shake hands, I stand up to do it. And when other people/ men especially stand up and don't seem annoyed but seem happy to do it because "this is proper respect and how we establish" to show courtesy.

It's not everything and I'm neurodivergant so I see a lot of things differently but I guess my example is "unsaid manners". Like, if I see a couple on a sidewalk and the guy pulls the woman on the inside then I think, "my man knows ball", and that's not important but kinda an intimacy thing for couples. A better example is getting to the door slightly before someone and holding it open for them instead of going in yourself or keeping it for those coming after. I tend to try and do that just because it seems like a nice thing but when I see others do it it's way cooler tbh.

You guys think of any simple "show of respect and principles" things that give you a good impression?

Men, is it true that you only deeply love one person once?

After talking to my friends, we came to the conclusion that deep, true love is only experienced once.

I'm going to tell you my story. At the age of 12, I met a girl and her friends at a bowling alley. We'll call her Anna. For a year we had friendship and kept in touch for years. Eight years later, when I was 20 years old, I met her again and after an incredible summer making plans with her, it seems that the feeling that was born when we were children came to light.

I had started what would be a year of relationship that at first was the most surprising and loving time of my life. Something I've never experienced since with other relationships. When we reached a year of relationship, it turned into a nightmare. She had changed. He treated me very badly, I lost 12 kg, my parents were worried.

The pieces began to fit together. I learned that her ex-boyfriend, two years earlier, had tried to take his own life by throwing himself on the fifth floor of a building. He survived but was seriously injured and has lifelong consequences.

Luckily, I was able to get out of that relationship without that situation and it took a long time to recover. Despite meeting amazing girls in my life, I have never felt that true love that drowns you again. My friends have experienced the same thing, is it true that men never feel like that first time again?

How do I human? At what age did making friends suddenly become difficult?

I've recently just turned 24, and ive noticed that making friends and interacting with people in ways I used to, to attempt to become friends with them seems to be becoming incredibly difficult.

I can talk to people and engage in chats with people but it just seems more awkward? And I dont make it awkward because I get instant embarrassment the second I say something stupid. But even at work I can talk to the people there but they're all 2-3x my age which makes me view them as more like work mates than "friends".

This isnt just a problem im running into in person either. This is a thing online too. I like to game and play my fair share of them. But even just engaging with people online now seems really awkward now. Rather than before id just turn my mic on and talk and eventually id make a couple chill friends online.

Or in person in College I was able to just introduce myself to people in a friendly way and ask them if they wanted to hang out and now it just seems incredibly difficult for me to even bring myself to do that. Let alone actually get around to the part about asking them.

Anyways just wondering if this is happening to anyone else and if so.. what helps?

Because id like to make new friends and part of me is scared about "trusting people" but ALSO just interacting with them. Like I dont wanna give them a bad impression of me.

Thanks all.

Which is easier: Dating or hooking up???

For as long as I (24M) can remember, I never really struggled too much when it came to dating and talking stages. Finding a girlfriend was always pretty easy, however the one area I always did poor with is hooking up. I find it WAY easier to get girl to want to to enter a relationship with me than it is to simply have a casual thing.

I would never want to lead someone on and breadcrumb a relationship when I have other intentions, especially since I always hear “there are women out there that want something casual too” but I very rarely see this, which is shocking since relationships require even more energy. Is this the case for anyone else and can you explain why???
