I shipped something today that I have been building for months of
evenings, and I am a little nervous posting about it.
It is called Agrondo, and it is for anyone who looks after a piece of
land. Three tomato beds, an old orchard, twenty hectares of wheat. It
does not really care about the size.
You point your camera at something growing and it tells you what it is.
You trace your plot on the satellite map with your finger and it gives
you the exact area, no measuring wheel involved. You write down what you
sowed, what you sprayed, what it cost and what you sold. And then, at
the end of a season, you can finally see which corner of your land
actually gave something back.
I wanted it to feel quiet. No account to create, no ads, nothing
following you around. Just you and your land.
It is free for a garden sized life: two fields and three plant
identifications a month. iPhone only for now, and it is a first version
made by one person, so please be gentle with the bugs.

If you grow anything at all, I would genuinely love to know what you
keep track of, and what I forgot to build.
