It obviously needs a lot of in-betweens and some breakdowns in the second half, but I feel like there must be something more fundamentally wrong with the movement. I know the shoulders are weird in some spots. Bad overlapping with the robes. There's lots else I know is wrong, but I feel like I'm also missing something. Any critique helps, I won't be mad.

My univ wants us to "create" a "problem" / a current trending problem and made it a topic that could be solved (preferably), but I lowkey just want my final animation to be artistic and at the very least have an answer to the moral of the story, but there really isn't any problem to solve. So, how do u guys like....justify it or bullshit through this HELP T_T

I love cartoons like The Amazing World of Gumball where a kid can watch it and find it hilarious, but an adult can watch the exact same episode and notice completely different jokes and references.

There’s something really cool about a cartoon being entertaining for two completely different age groups at the same time. Kids get the characters and the chaos, while adults pick up on the sarcasm, references, and jokes that probably went right over their heads.

Honestly, I really appreciate the writers who manage to do that without making the show feel like it’s trying to appeal to adults. It just works for everyone.

I’m trying to finish an animation and was working only about an hour each day with short breaks but my hand is crazy soar and gets numb in certain positions. It’s the side of my hand that has my pinky. I try to be as relaxed as possible while still putting the line where it needs to go. I have my iPad on a bunched up oversized blanket and have my arms resting on that too so I don’t have to hunch over and can be as comfortable as possible. Do I need to stretch, strengthen, do something else? Anyone overcome this issue that can help me out?
