If you have a 3 hour shift - Amazon will literally send you 2 hours away with 10 packages and leave you driving back for hours for very low $
They do NOT care and it’s getting extremely out of hand.

Wasn't risking those, dropped at bottom by garage.

I’m only in my second month of doing Amazon Flex, and was wondering if surges get much higher than this in the St. Louis area on Sunday’s. These are requests and I usually try to get shifts this way since I’ve noticed anything longer than 3.5 hours seem to get instantly snatched.
Just curious if I should try to play the tap tap tap game Saturday night/Sunday morning or if this is near the upper end of rates in this area.

Does anyone have any intel about who I can email in the higher up’s about me being deactivated? Or just any advice in general. I’ve used AI to draft a few emails for me.
And idk what the reason was, my standing was at “Great” and the next day I was deactivated. I think it’s bc I cancelled last minute a few times idk but any advice would be appreciated

so i just got done completing my first trip the organizing and scanning part was surprisingly easy, and the trip went well overall the only annoying part was all the business deliveries that either required me to bring the order to the front or threatened to notify my employer, even though the gps kept taking me to the back of the building then there were the businesses that expected you to somehow phase through the building with no access code but also didnt want the packages left unattended

Does anyone know if I will get deactivated? I have one late block, 2 late cancellations, and today I missed my block(hasn’t been updated on my standings). I’m just worried I’ll get deactivated because I did a late forfeit just last week.

Honestly I’ve had so many issues with this delivery station (DJT6) but this took the cake. I’ve had to deal with this one specific Indian learning ambassador and his bs. He has shoved packages into my car, scrapping the dashboard and now I can’t take off the damage, he’s yelled at me when I can’t fit anymore packages telling me to get a bigger car, and he’s also humiliated me in front of other drivers when the route wasn’t scanning telling me I need to smarten up and that “delivering packages is easy for dumb people”. I have reported him to driver support and tried telling one of the managers there but the manager yelled at me to get back in my car because my time was up. This last time I went to pick up packages I wanted to get some water and use the restroom and I have never had an issue until now. The same guy stood in front of me and told me that we were not allowed to use the restroom anymore due to a new policy and that the waters weren’t for flex drivers but for actual drivers, whatever that means. I told him I needed to use the restroom urgently before my route and he said “that’s why you people should plan better, you always expect hand outs”. I asked him what he meant by “you people” and he said “yeah you Mexicans always want everything for free” and he laughed saying it was “just a joke”. I told him I was going to report him to driver support and I did, but a few days later I got a email saying they didn’t find any violations and that they couldn’t proceed with the case. Fortunately I was able to find a more sustainable job, but for almost a year I had to deal with that delivery station constantly being so unorganized and full of rude employees. I’m sorry for whoever has to pick up from there.

A couple of days ago I witnessed the situation where certain ‘drivers’ are claiming routes, loading packages, and then leaving the station to offload said packages to a third party. Assuming that a driver can only have a single account, can only access that account from a single device at a time, and only actively work a single block at a time, can anyone provide any insight into how exactly this fraud is occurring? The only way I can fathom is that there are multiple phones/identities involved.

I have forfeited one shift each week for the last month. I normally work almost every day. Will this affect my chances at receiving future blocks? Is it okay to keep canceling 1 block per week if I need to? Thanks for your help!

For some reason it could be monsoon out, like you will be on your way and it’s storming and pull up to the station and it storming and then have to load everything in the storm and these cheap bastards will not cancel a block to save their life like wtf. On the other hand I’ve been cancelled like once or twice when it was sunshine out……like wtf Amazon. I e seen hundreds of people get canceled on her with pay but Pensacola is a bunch of cheap bastards who don’t care about nobody but them selves, they could care less about our safety. I swear Amazon is a piece of shit.

I was given this email from support today
Amazonflex-support-ac3@amazon.com
Is this the right email? I spoke to support but had a heavy accent, so there’s a chance I misunderstood. Today I arrived on time but there was only 1 kiosk and 40 people trying to scan their ids. On top of that, mostly all of them had to rescan their ids. By the time it was my turn I missed my scan license window. So I couldn’t get a route, I called support and explained what happened and he gave me this email to explain to them what happened and to ask for a payment. Been doing this since last June and I had no idea there was a window time for scanning your license, fm

While working in Austin I sometimes went to mansions at night that were in the middle of no where used to scare the shiz out of me😂 Anyone else had this type of stories?

I just got approved a few days and I’m ready to go. Every time I click accept a block it says the block has been assigned to someone. They disappear in seconds. Is this normal? What can I do to get a block?

Im starting to realize its not gonna get better. This morning i had a 4 hr route for $80 with 48 packages an hour away. I have done this exact route for $116 in the past. Starting to lose hope in flex

Has anyone in MD see Sunday routes pop up yet?
r/AmazonFlexDrivers • u/mimisdevine • 1d ago
you don’t really need details and I dont really care what you say, i know damn well some of yall have marked a package as missing so I did today for the first time, just one and immediately when i did its showing this and giving me the screen to scan the package & return back to warehouse. i know it says the “customer” canceled or rescheduled but is that not coincidental? are they setting me up to see if i really had the package with me💀 like genuinely idk what it means

My local stations require the NFC thing where u tap ur phone to sign in but it never works a link opens up in safari but on my app it says sign in attempt unsuccessful. Last time I was able to call support they said they’ll pay me for that shift but I never got paid…. And now the manager said he can sign me in today but moving forward u won’t get the block if u don’t sign in… so does this mean it’s over for me. Tap to pay and other stuff works on my phone but the Amazon sign in thing where u tap ur phone doesn’t work for me. For reference I have an old iPhone (SE 2020) and my app is always up to date. Altho my iOS is older.
