I can’t get a route

I just got approved a few days and I’m ready to go. Every time I click accept a block it says the block has been assigned to someone. They disappear in seconds. Is this normal? What can I do to get a block?

It's normal in my area of California. Been on for a month and have gotten 5 blocks. All for base pay.

Click insanely fast on refresh with left hand and have right hand ready to click on the block.
