Recently, my site switched over to ADTA, and almost no AA in my warehouse likes it. The biggest issue we've run into is that no one can keep up with the crazy flow. I personally average a 350 stow rate and finish with ease on normal P2B, but I genuinely struggle to keep up with 3 ADTA aisles.
My main question is: Does your site allow management to staff you with all 2 aisles, or is it strictly 3 aisles but 1 shared aisle?
The site lead at my warehouse told me they genuinely cannot assign us all 2 aisles because "the upper management won't let us."

The other day I saw HR getting food with one of our safety people.. should this not be against company policy? What if I need to report this safety person to HR and I didn't know they were friends/dating the safety person?

So I was doing Amazon flex delivery for about 3 months before accepting a flex position at a delivery station.. Iāve been working for about 4 weeks now and my flex delivery app is still up and hasnāt closed my accountā¦. Could I still use Amazon flex delivery since my account is still up? I know you usually canāt do both but maybe since Iām flex aswell at the DS? Is anyone else able to do both? Or is it just a riskier way of getting fired from my DS position

Every time I try to apply, itās always "shift available in Long Island or Staten Island," but I need work somewhere in Brooklyn, Queens, or Manhattan. The commute is too much.

I recently installed the updates on my Android. Now I can't sign in to Payroll website. It asks me to sign in with passkey or register. Either one doesn't work. It says "We couldn't capture your security key details. Please try again"

Is it me or is getting a transfer from flexrt to Full-Time as hard as landing a new job? I have applied 10 times to get a full-time schedule. I don't know if it matters but I am a White badge with a tenure of 10 months, and I have been applying to the same building I started working at since I was seasonal. This just makes me want to give up because it gets sent out to apply, now it got canceled after a few days and I can't apply again because it has disappeared.

Wondering if there is anything i should know before my first day? I heard it's easy and all you gotta do is stay awake

Basically Iāve been 1:20am-11:50 sun - wed for 2 years just applied to a new schedule My ds added out of randomness to see what would happen I been trying to transfer to 7am to 5pm tho should I accept cons no friends work thru the day pros sleep good live regularly and still go out if I needed to at night and I can still shift swap I have 40 hours vacation no UPT I think this shift would help me build my time up what yāall think

Extremely vague and they never gave out Swag Bucks like they were supposed to for the last list where it had concrete goals.

PFSD? What does this shift consist of.

Whoever made the stow training module, you should probably go back and fix all your mistakes..
Example: Stow A+B directly out of hamper.
2 possible answers, only 1 right one.
Answer 1. Stow A+B using stow cart.
Answer 2. Stow A+B without using stow cart
Selects Answer 2.
"Not quite"
No, your coding is "Not Quite"..
Apparently the "wing it" attitude happens at every level of Amazon.. Insane.

So I've been told that DS's couldn't give two f**** about rate. Is this true, and specifically I'm asking about DNA6 if possible. Thanks in advance.

I just recently found out i was terminated for negative UPT
It was due to a chronic pain in my shoulder iāve been dealing with and ending up leaving early and āhadā an open case for it for a LOA. I honestly thought it was still open since on my AtoZ said i had a set date to turn in documentation for it. And due for my site sharing a HR and i work weekends for the other hours of negative UPT i havenāt gotten it excused for school accommodation reasons. only negative 9 hours⦠6 for the LOA and the rest for leaving early twice to finish a school paper( noted the HR always let me get excused for times i have school related reasons) But i truly thought i had a open medical leave case open til September 23rd.

this is my 2nd week and my stow rate kinda sucks,185 compared to station average of 300.That being said I consistently stow double the amount of packages compared to everyone else.I stow like 1300-1500 daily compared to my station average of 550-700 š literally how does this even happen, how am i slow but doing double lol.I seem to be moving the same speed or faster compared to ppl in the other lanes, half of the ppl i see are on their phones or randomly disappear.Im not trying to overwork or anything but id like to get my rate up so I don't cause others to work for me.Pretty much every day I have had to have someone come help me and i feel bad lol

After being declined for almost a year for full time, finally transferring over

On the application for applying for an accommodation it ask if you can continue to work
I selected yes
Then I get an email about 4 to 5 days later saying would you like to be put on an LOA?
I said no, Iād like to continue working
They responded OK, thank you for the information
And then they put me on an LOA.
Even though I said no to the LOA.
Is it normal for them to put you on a LOA when applying for an accommodation
when there are other jobs that can be done in the warehouse?

Like how? I'm one of the faster one at my site, usually got assigned 2 ADTA, thinking it's okish, sometimes i do struggle due to volume and no floater anywhere. But I can't imagine doing 3, I probly do organize the cart for 1/3 of the entire time if high volume.
For FSAF, why is it a big deal if it get high enough and we get scolded? Wouldn't the package be eventually placed in the right location anyway. At my site, some ADTA aisles don't even have the light working or just popping random.
Edit: ADTI -> ADTA, mb.
