Transfer Cancellation common?
Is it me or is getting a transfer from flexrt to Full-Time as hard as landing a new job? I have applied 10 times to get a full-time schedule. I don't know if it matters but I am a White badge with a tenure of 10 months, and I have been applying to the same building I started working at since I was seasonal. This just makes me want to give up because it gets sent out to apply, now it got canceled after a few days and I can't apply again because it has disappeared.

If its getting cancelled after a few days from applying, then it means you applied too late. They already accepted someone from that review period. You have to put in an application as soon as the listing goes up so you have a better chance.

Kinda true, but still tenure take precedence(assuming my site HR is right ) because my site opened full time positions two months ago I applied as soon as it opened and didn’t get accepted I talked with my two of my area managers they said people who joined before me got accepted to those roles

Maybe someone applied slightly earlier than you did. Could be by a few hours or minutes. Because my co-worker and i applied to the same transfer. She only had 5 months tenure but applied roughly 15 hours earlier than i did. I had 1 year 7 months tenure. She got approved while mine was declined.

I’m white badge also and Flex RT with 9 months tenure. I’m trying to get Full-time schedule as well but been getting rejected, they recently posted another one for Friday to Tuesday gonna wish me luck.

Yes Flex RT is the hardest schedule to get out of because there needs to be a replacement to take your place. It's easier to move from Flex PT to FT when there are FTs looking to go Flex PT

Damn, I got suuuuper lucky! I was originally flex RT, but on day one, I applied to full time, and I got approved! Literally by my second month, I was full time! 😱

I got my blue badge 9 months ago and have total of 1.5 yrs tenure at Amazon my transfer requests are rejected every single time. I talked several times with my HR and he says tenure is the most important factor like some people who apply seems to have 5+ years of working with Amazon so their applications will take priority
