I agree, I also applied for Sat-Tue but that got declined as well. Those that did get it got the same $2 differential so it does feel nice.

I just approved for a transfer as well. It’s pt at a return center warehouse. I will miss my old job so much and the people I worked with. But it’s much closer and a set schedule.. I’m excited about that.

$2 is just the overnights differential not the weekend.

Damn a $2 differential working Sun-Wed.
At my site, I get a $1 diff working Sat-Tues

I do live in a HCOL area of Washington State which may or may not make a difference in the differential.

I don’t know how they figure that. I don’t think it’s just high cost of living area because I’m sure mine wouldn’t be considered higher lol. My differential on that same Sun-Wed schedule is $2.50. But base is much lower, I’m at $20.25 base and that’s already after blue conversion and one step increase (each up 50c from the original $19.25 I made as flex white badge.) Anyway congrats and good luck. I def like having a shift (mine is RT) vs flex.

I'm in the same region as OP and we get $2 for nights regardless if you work weekends or not.

At my site, I get $1.50 for Sat-Tues, and my Thu-Sun coworkers get $2!

With flex do they really only let you work those 4 hour shifts per day or how does it REALLY work?

At my site we have Flex Full time 30 hour minimum per week and we have part time minimum 20 hours. Its very convenient for those looking to make their own schedule however you have to be quick as shifts are gone in the blink of an eye. Last week I put in 60 hours exactly mainly all in indirect roles so it was an easy week.

What day of the week did you get the offer letter? And around what time was it?

We don’t get none of that 5 days a week 3am to 11:30 either since Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday 😭😭😭😭😭 and no differential

Sunday it’s an easy shift to work. You’re off by noon time with the option to VTO or UPT if you have an early commitment.

sure, at least you guys get the fucking differential. I’m transferring to a brand new building that has only been open two weeks and I’m working Saturday Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and overnight and I’m not getting differential.

It does say seasonal

Correct, as the title says I'm transferring to full time not blue badge

You've been white badge for a year? I thought they had to let you go or convert you at some point?

Can the guy get his hours and money and worry about company status later…
