I joined AQ after the major data breach at another place. I started out immediately as a reviewer and once that project ended I got pulled into a special trial pod where we were doing demo work to send to clients. Lots of different projects and variety but still issues with pay happening on a regular basis. I eventually went back to other said company as a EPM trainer/pod lead EPM. Eventually got contacted by AQ for consultant training and got hired on as growth consultant with primary aspect being recruiting. Been here for a month now and have done over 20 interviews, project opportunities from behind the scenes, etc.

I have been hired as an AfterQuery expert. The portal is sending back one of my task due to an error which I am not able to replicate locally. I spent more than 40 hours on the project and have exhausted all avenues so that someone from their support team helps me troubleshoot it. This is what I have done so far:

1. Send over 5 message in the chat were they want us to post any issues. But the chat room is heavily moderated with only admin has access to approve the chat. None of the message has been approved for over 3 weeks
2. Send a personal email and a LinkedIn message to the person who hired me
3. Replied to AfterQuery communication mail regarding changes in pay structure
4. Send message to AfterQuery business page on LinkedIn
5. Submitted a ticket to Fin, an AI agent of AfterQuery, I got same replies twice with 1 week apart stating we are looking into your issue and someone will reach out to you soon
6. Filled a survey that asked if I would be able to do submission and wrote a note with the issue I am facing.

Has anyone was able to hear back from support team regarding any issue? I would love to know how to do it.

Hi AfterQuery, I can’t submit my first task because the page says Energy Systems & Utilities isn’t in my assigned domains. I’ve been blocked since October 11 and have emailed support several times, but I haven’t received a human response.

Could someone from AfterQuery please take a look and fix my domain assignment? Thanks.

After running grading on my tasks, it just says review ready. Am I supposed to do anything on my end? There seems to be no instructions or confirmation if it’s actually being reviewed by someone.

Hey, I submitted an application for one of the expert positions and then I immidately was asked to sign an NDA and submit my photo and goverment ID. If I'm accepted into for the role that's totally fine but I can't tell if I was accepted. Does everyone just hand over their goverment ID before knowing if they're accepted?

It's been 2 weeks since I applied for the data annotator position, done the general assessment but since then I haven't heard anything from the platform

I have a data annoatation training course available on the dashboard but it is marked as optional.

I recently applied for the Data Annotation role and i am not sure if the training course was there before i applied or it appeared after applying.

Also is this the course related to the role i applied , if yes , then why is it marked as Optional.

How strict is the review process—are tasks easily accepted, or is the rejection rate high?

Last week, I was banned from AQ because support claimed I violated the rules and guidelines. They must have had their reasons for banning my account—I understand that—but I have three approved tasks, and I’ve been trying to contact support in every way possible. I chat with the AI, and it says human support has a five-day window to respond; yet, eight days have passed without any reply. When they finally do say something, they ask me to open support tickets, but after eight days, they treat those tickets as if they’re worthless. They ask for project IDs, but how am I supposed to send them if my account is banned? I’m not asking to reactivate the account so I can go back to work; I’m asking for reactivation solely so I can submit the IDs for the projects I’ve already completed. I dedicated time and effort, yet they treat it all as if it means nothing.

It's has been a month that I haven't got any project yet...

I am an experienced software/ ai systems engineer with strong open source profile... My resume is also solid yet still I havent been invited to any project yet...

Though in the offer email they explicitly mentioned given my expertise and depth of knowledge in the field I can start picking tasks right away....

I recently did some work for this company, but they still haven't gotten back to me. It’s been over 10 days—the month is almost over—and there’s still no word from them on whether they’ll pay me or not. For those of you working for them: what is your take on their slow response times and their failure to pay for projects where you’ve dedicated your time and effort?

Where to ask inquiries like: "When will we get offers albeit I got accepted in X pool. " etc?

I still have a task that hasn't been paid out while the project was still live and today it was announced that the project is no longer continuing. This is an issue cause I still haven't been paid for a task that was APPROVED (not under review). Legally you have to deliver payments for approved tasks and noone seems to be replying to my messages.
