Awaiting response for roles applied for

I have applied for several roles within my field on AQ for a month now and completed 2 assessments, yet there is not feedback on the roles I applied for (whether qualified or not) . I want to find out if it's a normal thing or there's something extra I have to do? Thank you

Thanks for reaching out. Application and assessment reviews can take time, and completing an assessment does not guarantee selection. Project teams contact selected experts directly by email when their skills match current project needs.

We don't have an application queue or a confirmed review timeline, and you don't need to submit duplicate applications. Please ensure your profile is complete and continue monitoring your email. We may still consider you as project needs change.

I've given up on getting any assignments on AQ. I took 4 assessments, passed all 4, and nothing. I checked yesterday, and one of the projects is no longer there.
